Maybe she was having a bad day, but the clerk who finally came to help me needs a course in PR. (I do wish I had gotten her name.) I had a simple question about my phone, which I’m about to upgrade, on transferring data. By her tone I could see she obviously had no interest in assisting me. The other two clerks were busy with customers, and I left the store without a definitive answer. Rude clerk! Will not return to this location.
