SMH. Woman at table next to me finds the table too dirty for her liking. So she goes to the counter to ask for a towel to wipe it down. Two staff members work on it. They give her the towel to clean it off herself. No comment whatsoever as to We will take care of it or sorry it isn’t clean. They look like high school kids.

Reviewing Starbucks for this location ONLY. Really hoping the Manager or Starbucks corporate person will read this… I am a big Starbucks fan and have stopped at this location a couple of times on my way to work. Most recently, last week I was very surprised at the experience I had. I waited in a line about 5 people deep while I watched one woman run around and take orders and take care of the guests. There was another girl making the coffees and 2 other women — one talking on the phone and one stocking things. Why they didn’t jump in and help, I have no idea. Then, as I approached the counter I found out. I ordered my coffee and stood in front of the counter as I listened to what I assume was a Manager or Supervisor speaking to what I gathered was an employee that called in or didn’t show up to work. In front of me and everyone else there, she was standing behind the counter and talking to this person about how they were lucky they still had a job and that«a write up is the least that will happen». She continued to battle with whoever this person was the whole time that about 3 customers’ coffees were made. Next, the RUDE girl who was making our coffee slid mine across the counter without calling out the name or what the drink was. I had to ask and when I said — is this a nonfat caramel latte? Her response was — oh, you wanted skim? It was marked on the cup and she seemed annoyed as she dumped my coffee furiously down the drain and re-made it. Once done, it was slid once again on the counter where I got a — «here you go» as she walked away. This place should get together. You pay 5 bucks for a coffee, you should get at least a smile…

Tiny location. Generally unfriendly staff. I have been about 10 times and have yet to hear them announce when your drink is ready. Then interior is very dark. You have to pay for parking either in the parking lot behind or street parking meters out front. 2 hour limit.

I don’t understand all of these negative reviews– I love this Starbucks! The staff is friendly and makes you feel like a friend and not a customer. I’m on a first name basis with some of the baristas! The coffee is of course top notch, and I honestly believe they make it with love. The camaraderie in that room makes it feel like a local coffee shop that only the townies know about. I love it. I love going there. Fantastic!

It’s Starbucks. What could possibly be said about this place that hasn’t already been said? If you don’t mind paying $ 5 for a thimble full of coffee and some steamed milk, step right up!

I’ll start by saying that I love Starbucks, just not this place. The lady at the register between 7am-8am is so rude I can’t believe she works for Starbucks. She’s either in a terrible mood and seems extremely annoyed you dare place an order, or she’ll try to become your bff while ignoring the fact you just ordered a coffer or tea. So awkward. One time, she made a line of 4 people wait while she chatted with a friend… then got mad when the first person in line asked that she’d take her order. The nerve! This same lady made my bagel once. Multi-grain bagel extra toasted with butter. She gave me rock-hard butter and toasted only half of the halves of the bagel. So much for asking an extra toasted bagel… That same day she made my bacon/egg/Gouda cheese breakfast sandwich and when it was done, she basically slammed it against the counter until it hit the wall and didn’t even say anything. My chai tea was being made by the barista, whom embarrassed called for the person who ordered the sandwich she had just slammed on the counter… I could keep going, but I think you got the point why I’m rating this place one star. Another terrible thing is the layout of the place. It’s narrow and there isn’t room for the waiting area and the entrance from the parking lot side. So disappointing. I’m not even going to mention the things I love about Starbucks… why waste my time…

I have only visited here a few times but they do a pretty good job with the heavy traffic they receive. The staff is friendly and tries to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Since I am never one to sit down and hang out in a Starbucks, I appreciate this quite a bit.

What can you really say? Slow service(typical for MA branches of this chain). Small seating area(like most of this chain in MA) – I wouldn’t count on being able to get a seat here. The same stuff as all other starbucks. If you are not familiar with the area, it’s easy to find parking(in the back).

The service was nice enough, but my iced mocha tasted like a lukewarm poop slurry with ice in it. Did not live up to Starbucks standards.(Somehow I’m still drinking it). My work wife ordered a evolution green juice and liked it(claims it’s for pretty hard core juicers).

I like Starbucks, so I have no complaints about the coffee itself. I go here regularly so I am pretty familiar with the staff. They are all super nice and down to earth folks, especially the goofy woman who is there during the times when I am generally. She is really good-natured and hilarious. Im not sure what is up with the other reviews, but I love«chit-chat with my register people,» because, well, they are people.

My drink was made well enough. I’ve certainly had worse at other Starbucks establishments. But the woman working the register was really awkward and socially kind of daft. I don’t like making chit-chat with my register people… especially before I’ve had my morning coffee… doubley especially if they’re making really lame jokes that are so bad they’re not even jokes… it was more like bizarre punctuations of observable facts. I wasn’t quite sure how to react to any of it… so I didn’t…which just made her try harder. It was a really bizarre encounter. Good blueberry scone though.

Congratulations to this Starbucks for being the most awkwardly laid out store EVER. It has a narrow walkway to the counter with CD racks taking up a good 50% of the space, making people do that side-to-side dance with other people: «No, you first» «No, you» then you both go the same direction, laugh hysterically, and repeat. Lame, especially when you haven’t had a sip of your coffee. I hate fake laughs. Boo hoo.
