Pet Paws Self Serve Pet Wash

We loved the self-​service dog wash! Very fun and affordable and we definitely recommend it!

My husband and I take our 2 dogs to this place for the self-​serve pet wash. We love it! It is affordable, clean environment and friendly staff. We always are walk-​ins and we haven’t had to wait yet! Highly recommend it!

Got what I paid for today. Busy place on a Sunday at 12:30. Will go back. Will consider going there for grooming purposes too.

This place is fantastic! They supply everything you need to wash your dog for one affordable flat rate. Shampoos, ear cleaners, nail clippers, towels, perfumes, dryers… you name it. The best part is, you leave the mess behind; no more dog hair in your bathroom! The staff is friendly and helpful. It is also nice that the tubs are waist high, and there are stairs for the dogs to use to access the tubs (no need to lift your large dog). No appointment is necessary, and I’ve always been able to walk in with no wait.

First time coming here as we are new in the area! I was impressed from the moment we walked in the door! We were greeted, escorted to the wash area, and the lady explained the soaps, hose, etc. Our dog was a street rescue, so he has people issues with trust, but Harley was very relaxed! They have an Oatmeal soap, face wash, ear wash, and conditioner! I love how the tubs are set up that you can access your dog from both sides, they have double restraints for safety, and the tubs are deep. They have many brushes to choose from while drying your dog, and dog cologne! We didn’t use any of the cologne, but this is the first self-​wash groomers that we have been to that offers it! Pet Paws has new clients now with us!

I love the self serve dog wash! Perfect for washing my 100lb dog and no clean up! Reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this place to all my dog owning friends.

If you’re looking for a place where you can groom your dog and have someone else clean up the mess, this is it!
The people are very nice and the whole experience has a laid back feel. The prices are reasonable and hours are convenient.

This place is ridiculous. I paid the same price for a do it yourself wash in California and didn’t have to deal with manually applying shampoo (it came out of the sprayer), crappy water pressure, a blow dry station separate from the tub, and rolling un-​walled stairs into and out of the tub (my 10 year old bulldog fell getting down). Compared to the facilities at somewhere like Pet Supplies Plus this place should be charging $ 10 at most!

I’ve been searching for a while for a decent groomer for my dog, Scout. I think I finally found a solid place. I recommend them. 4÷30÷14
Only downside is the location next to the DMV office, The parking lot is rather small.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. I have no complaints at all, the self service dog wash is easy as can be, they provide everything you could need. It isn’t first class amenities, but not bad either.
I have Victoria groom my dogs occasionally (not frequently enough) and she always does a great job! They spend all day running and playing with the other dogs, and aways come home clean, smelling good, and tired. While I like everything they do, the most important part is how they treat the dogs. They don’t cage any dogs up (there are cages for the crate trained dogs that just want to get away, I’ve never seen a dog locked in a cage), they dogs get plenty of bathroom breaks, and there is always a fresh bowl of water around. I’m confident my dogs get treated as well when they’re at the groomers as they do at home.

I will never set foot in this establishment again. Made a Friday appointment for premium grooming service. Arrived on time, filthy dog in tow, only to be told my appointment was for Saturday. Staffer had clearly been looking at the wrong date when she put me in the book.
I was willing to reschedule, but I had to do something immediately about my filthy dog. She told me I was welcome to do the self-​service wash, but I would have to pay full price for it, as well as the appointment the following day. She was unwilling to comp me the self-​service to make up for her mistake. Nor was she was willing to credit the cost of the self-​service toward my bungled premium grooming.
And… she repeatedly blamed me for her schedule error! I asked her, «What ever happened to ‘The customer is always right?’ ” Her response? A sarcastic, «I think I’m pretty good at keeping track of the schedule.»
Well, she has one less customer to keep track of.
