Placed on a wait list and waited the exact amount of time they described. The food was ok. I will say the lemonade is the best I’ve ever had anywhere. For the price I expected better than okay food and much better service. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food when we finally got it they placed an extremely hot plate in front of a 3 year old in my party and we waited forever for drink refills. On top of it all while in bathroom an employee came in, used the bathroom and washed his hands, everything seemed normal until he blew his nose repeatedly and walked out(no hand washing for nose mucus!?!

The meal is ALWAYS perfect. The service is always top notch and though the price isn’t the lowest option you have, it’s worth EVERY penny. The Melon Shrimp is truly one of the best dishes on the menu. I know, it sounds weird but oh man is it good! I don’t recommend ordering your meals separately, I recommend ordering family style. just pick a dish for each person and everyone share the dishes on the table by getting a little of everything. You get to truly experience the gifts that P.F. Chang’s chefs are blessed with. Enjoy!, We always do. :)

I ordered hot and sour soup, Szechuan eggplant and chicken with cashews. Everything tasted very good however the chicken with cashews didn’t have any cashews. At first I thought maybe I miss ordered however after confirming with the server that it did order chicken with cashews I realized there must’ve been a mistake. The server brought this to the attention of the manager. The manager came over and politely apologized and asked if there was anything that he could do to fix the situation he then offered to provide me a to go order of chicken with cashews and he also removed the original charge from my bill. This is what I call going well above and beyond what was necessary however it did leave me happy knowing that they really were sincere about the mistake. As a result I would definitely return to PF Chang’s. As I already mentioned the food was very good.

This place uses fresh everything! Sauces are made from scratch and nothing is pre made, save for maybe a dessert. This place is great! I used to work there and I still love dining there!

We had not been in a PF Changs for the last 7⁄8 years due to the fact where we moved the closets one was 5.5 hours away. We started with the pork dim sum and chicken lettuce wraps. The mix drinks were strong and flavorful. Our main entrees were the garlic chicken and Mongolian beef. The food was great. I gave them 3 stars since they brought my husband the wrong chicken dish he ordered and wrong side for me. The place was dead when got there so we were a little disappointed there was not more attention to derive and customers.

My daughter was wanting Chinese and didn’t want to fight the food court. I like Pf Changs but I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. It’s a bit pricey for lunch when it was about 20.00 for me and a kids meal. I will give them that the ingredients do taste fresh. I’m just not sold on paying top dollar for Chinese food all the time. That is why we probably stick to the mom and pop shops around town. They do have some good desserts. They have a chocolate cake that is just delicious although you may need a tall glass of milk to wash it down and it’s enough for 4 people! It does stay busy around the holidays since it’s right at the mall entrance.

You know it’s PFCHANGS when you get overpriced Americanized Chinese food in exchange for a fancy atmosphere with a bar.

Happy Hour here is a hidden treasure. Price points of $ 3-$ 7 including wine, dips, tacos, lettuce wraps, sushi and ahi tartare. Definitely check it out 4−7p. Besides the happy hour, the lettuce wraps, kung pao chicken, wine selection and ambience is really nice. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I are not big fans of chain restaurants. We love scouring Unilocal or talking to locals when looking for a new place to eat. That being said, there are a few we enjoy from time to time. PF Changs is one of them. This was our second time to the PF Changs in Lexington. Each visit has been great, but tonight’s was especially nice. Despite being crowded with the typical Friday night dinners, we were seated quickly and our service was great. Everything we ordered was brought out hot, fresh and fast(but not too fast). We ordered the dinner for 2 which includes 2 soups, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert for $ 40. Not cheap, but definitely a deal at PF Changs. We both ordered the egg drop soup and split the pork dumplings for our first two courses. They were excellent. My wife ordered the Orange Peel Chicken and I had the Singapore Street Noodles. Excellent again! Fresh, hot and full of flavor. Despite many trips to Chnags, I had never ordered the street noodles before. Glad I did tonight. Plenty of shrimp and chicken to go along with the noodles and veggies. Both of us went home full and with leftovers. If there was any downside to the meal it was the dessert. A dessert wonton. It wasn’t bad, but nothing to write home about either. We went with the chocolate raspberry wonton. It was ok. Overall a great experience and the next time we’re craving Asian American fusion, we’ll be back.

Terrible rice… Terrible portion size… but service was excellent… Soo if you want bad food… Go to McDonald’s order a cheese burger… Then go then you might leave satisfied.

Always great food and great service! Any entrée is more than enough to share and the Chang’s spicy chicken noodle soup is just delicious!

This is my third time I went here. I was very disappointed with food today. It was very bland. No flavor. Ordered vege lettuce wrap and vege lomein. It might be that this is my first time vege food over there. It was very meh for me!!!

Yes, PF Chang’s is a chain restaurant, but the quality of food and service is always very good. I like the options that are available, and having been to Xian China I always enjoy seeing the copies of the terra cotta warriors. My only complaint is that they took my favorite lamb dishes off of the menu. I think they may have even taken wok seared beef off of the menu, but I’m not sure about that. My vegan wife also likes eating at PF Chang’s because they have options that fit with her diet. They also have a full bar, and if seating isn’t available in the main dining room, you can sit at the bar and eat. Reservations are usually a good idea. I’m definitely a fan.

Consistency is the name of their game. If you want delicious, hot, fresh food every time with exceptional service, P. F Chang’s is the place for you. Come during Happy Hour and don’t worry, come casual and relax. Great place to bring a client for a business lunch, or bring the whole family for dinner. This Lexington location is top notch. Bring your appetite and yes you don’t always have to share. :)

BOOM! The dynamite shrimp is smoking good! I am not a big fan of spicy food, and this is just about as spicy as I will go. It’s listed as an appetizer, but I usually have it as an entrée along with some egg drop or wonton soup. The service is always great, and the restaurant décor is pretty grand. I also enjoy their chicken lo mein, but the last time that I had it I was disappointed. I could have had the same dish in a Chinese takeout place for a lot less money(if I actually had to pay for my dinner…)! PF Chang’s encourages sharing, but who are we kidding? The big serving sizes just encourages pigging out.

Asian fusion food at a reasonable price. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Many gluten free options available. Waiting times can be long on weekends but the bar area offers quick seating without any falter in service. The bar is always stocked and the knowledgeable bartenders are very friendly and helpful.

I’m a huge fan of this place. There are a ton of great menu items to choose from. People tend to knock chains. I do too except for when a chain is executed properly. My food was excellent and served in a timely manner. My server was very kind and courteous. The location has plenty of parking being that it is connected to Fayette Mall. I definitely will eat here again.

I’m usually not a fan of Chinesse food but I’ve always been satisified with each thing I’ve ordered here. I recently found my favorite… Buddha’s Feast stir Fry. It’s an excellent filling dish if you’re watching calories. Rice is unlimited… not good it you’re watching your calories though.
