The business is not upholding their promise of the free massages to make up for the poor costumer service and lack of professionalism. Such a shame. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. There are many other companies that appreciate their customers and are honest.

My friend and I recently went to an event where she won a gift card for a one hour massage at Massage Envy. She didn’t want it and gave it to me. Who wouldn’t want a free massage? I was assigned to Kathleen, who did an excellent job and seemed very knowledgeable. She even used some hot stones, which I’d never previously experienced. They’re wonderful. So go get stoned!

The staff is so polite and welcoming. The therapist I had read my body needs better than I did. All of this coupled with a super clean environment makes this well worth it.
