When I used them to do lead-​safe removal of old windows, they showed up without necessary supplies, took twice as long as estimated, had to duplicate work because they ignored written instructions, and on the last two windows removed far too much making it impossible to put in the replacement windows without rebuilding the structural framing around the windows. Then they overbilled me for their time, made me pay for the time they spent doing things wrong, and refused to pay for the contractor who had to repair their mistakes.
