Here’s my problem. I work at a hospital on night shift. Our options are very limited for food delivery services. Regardless the fact you can get here super quick doesn’t change the fact that you can’t get a simple friggin order correct! We call and order and read you the orders you make the orders, IFYOULABELTHEORDERS we wouldn’t have this problem. Also, don’t make excuses as to why you screwed up a simple order and lie to us and tell us one thing on the phone and then change your story when you get here. I appreciate that you turned around and fixed the issue but we told you our order, you repeated the order back to us. I don’t get how difficult it is to simply get the correct order to the right people. The whole situation would have been fine had the sandwiches actually been labeled and separated accordingly.

Freaky fast delivery and there are some really yum sandwiches! Some others, not so much. But you can’t beat a place that will bring you a sandwich to you in a bar late night. Go for the big sandwiches over their subs!

Their subs really are so fast that you’ll freak. The staff is wonderful as well and have gotten to know me personally over time. Even if the line is out the door you will end up getting your sandwich in less than 15 minutes, easy. Highly recommend it. Open late night.

If I’m looking for a cold sub sandwich, Jimmy Johns is my goto. The bread is really fresh and definitely better than subway. The ingredients are fresh for the most part… with the exception if the sprouts on the beach club. I’ve had some questionable tasting sprouts from this location. Also… who uses iceberg lettuce on subs? Spinach would be much better. Those last 2 things are my only 2 complaints and the reason I gave this 3 stars.

just sandwiches, way better than Subway or any other sandwich chain

Food quality is great, but I think the food portion to the price is kind of a rip off. I could get a bigger sandwich with the same stuff on it, probably more and I actually know what toppings I put on it, from Subway, at a cheaper price. Back in Freshman year, I have to say that it somehow beat out Subway just because they actually deliver.

Normally, I think Jimmy John’s is noticeably better than Subway, Quiznos, and any fastfood chain like McD’s *combined.* Well, maybe my lunch here was still better than all of those places put together, but my experience was a tad lackluster. Sadly, it was merely a smidgen better than Subway, only because the ingredients tasted and looked fresher. As for taste, there was much to be desired. I ordered the veggie sandwich, #6 I think, and I was excited because I love avocado. I’m sorry, but if you are setting yourself apart from all the other sandwich shops by listing avocado on your list of ingredients, my taste buds ought to be savoring every little bit of that deliciously green cream. Nope. As I chowed through my 8″ sub(I was starving… 3 pm was my first meal of the day. Long story short, my professor and I got lost in Kentucky for about 2 hours before we finally found our way in Lexington… lol?), I kept thinking, «Where the F is this guacamole?! I am just drowning in sprouts… What is this? A sprout sandwich? When is that ever cool?» Well, I finally found the guac… a wee bit nestled in the folds of the bread, almost three-fourths of the way down. Good grief. You Kentuckians don’t know how to make proper sammies! P. S. If you ask for a side of pickle, be prepared to munch on a giant one. It’s like a mini sandwich by itself.

Booooo… where is subway or quiznos when you need them??? Everyone had been hyping up «jimmy johns» all day long! And I guess when you say it, you have to say it really quickly otherwise you aren’t cool or something… But these sub style sandwiches a) had hardly any meat in them!!! and b) were basically just full of lettuce and c) did not taste like it was made fresh at all!!! I really believe that it is pretty hard to mess up a sandwich but Jimmy Johns you did. I mean it was edible, but would I ever willingly spend money there again? no probably not. they did have our large order ready for pick up on time after phoning in the order so that is a plus, but it is no wonder why they had it ready, because they only put lettuce in those things! if i want a roast beef sandwich then give me the meat, ya know? That being said the vegetarians in our group were very happy with their sandwiches, but the meat ones had just enough meat in them to taunt you just a little bit… grrrr jimmy johns… grrrrrr

Sandwiches. No soup. No salad. Sandwiches. Well put together, and«so fast you’ll freak.» I survived off of this stuff for my entire freshman year; slim 5 and a cherry coke.
