I called today to have flowers delivered to Nicholasville. The ladies were helpful and I was able to design my own assorted rose arrangement. My friend was very happy with her delivery, even though on the my husband’s name was Jeff, not Jesse. We will joke about that for a long time. Haha Jeff.

My husband and I ordered from here for a funeral. I found what I wanted ordered through the website, and put him in charge of ordering. I chose an elegant looking wooden jewelry box, surrounded by pink flowers, priced at $ 79.95 before the Unilocal deal. What actually arrived was an embarrassment, nothing at all like the picture. The jewelry box that arrived was basically plastic, painted an ugly brass/​gold color, and not the wooden one as described on the website. The flowers too weren’t at all like the photo.
He attempted to reach out to them for explanation before I decided to write about it here, they never acknowledged his message.

I called Imperial to send flowers to my wife for our anniversary. They were very helpful in customizing the arrangement to my request. The delivery was on time and my wife was delighted. The arrangement is still looking fresh in our house one week later. I’d definitely recommend.
