Dr. Garnett Brown

I asked a colleague for a periodontist and she recommended Dr. Garnett Brown. The initial consultation was excellent, and I was spoken to like the educated adult I am. I have been to Lexington health care professionals who treat patients as if they have no knowledge whatsoever. That is annoying, but not altogether surprising, in a state with a poverty rate as high as ours.
I have decided to use Dr. Brown for any periodontal needs because he explained EVERYTHING to me in a calm, professional manner. Although he is not a preferred provider for my dental insurance company, I feel grateful that they office will file the insurance claim for you. The location is right off Harrodsburg Road. Pleasant staff and modern facility. An implant will run about $ 1,600. An extraction is about $ 180.00, but closer to $ 500.00 if you prefer to be knocked out – as I do. After my consultation, I received a nice letter from Dr. Brown welcoming me as a patient.
I feel I am in good hands here. Everyone is very nice, and after my procedure today I received a follow up call to make certain I was okay. Dental work doesn’t get in any better. They phoned in my prescriptions to the local pharmacy.
