Daniel David Weddings

This guy ruined my daughters wedding!!! He fought with my wedding planner and refused to follow the timeline, play requested songs and shut down earlier than the contract agreed. Do yourself a favor and get a DJ that listens and does not cost a small fortune. Don’t risk this important day! There are a ton of DJs in Lexington that are much more professional and pleasant to work with. If you do hire him be prepared since you will be expected to read a huge wedding reception book, fill out an extensive questionnaire, and go through an outdated songlist only to have him ignore it at the reception. Brides Beware!!!

I am writing this for a friend’s wedding. Daniel showed up at the rehearsal to go over final arrangements. He didn’t prepare a previously discussed audio clip of the bride and group, and said it was because he ran out of time working on other weddings. When my friend, the bride, questioned his professionalism and over booking, Daniel stated he didn’t feel respected and threatened to not even show up for the wedding and would write out a check to return the money! After knowing the set up for the wedding (he was at the entire rehersal), he decided to set up an 8×6 area with his things where the groomsmen were supposed to stand! During the reception, he did a fairly good job coordinating (his package included DJ and coordinating). The special touches he incoorporated were really nice and guests seem to have a great time. However, whenever anyone asked him a question, he’d give a sarcastic answer or excuse. A lack of professionalism, smart aleck, and threatened to not even show up… he’s not worth the special touches.
