Horrible customer service. Owner has a bunch of kids in there that have no clue what they are doing.
They act like they could care less if you come there or not.

I have to give it 2 stars because they kinda were able to point me towards what I should buy when I showed up late in person.
Without a working business phone to call and people that answer I have to subtract a star.
This place cannot bring in dollars from experienced gamers with money or people new to the games they peddle that must invest to play.
It’s a shame cause they have lost the biggest segments of the market they specialize in!

Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable people who aren’t elitist jerks that will take time to show new players the ropes. Staff is extremely friendly. People that come to game are just as nice and helpful. Great community vibe they have going on.
Their prices on board games, MtG gear and other things are average and frankly, I don’t mind paying a little more from a locally owned small business.

Just to let people know, this isn’t a hobby shop in the traditional sense; with a name like D20, I was expecting something along the lines of a shop that sold gaming supplies (I enjoy painting figures, ranging from 1⁄6 scale all the way down to the gaming miniatures that I stopped here hoping for). Nothing like that here, sorry to say.
Instead, it seems to be there for the sole purpose of buying and playing Card games, like Magic, etc. Nothing wrong with that if that’s your thing, but as a 50 year-​old male, I was definitely a fish out of water when I walked through the door. The guy at the front counter looked at me like I was a preacher walking into a strip club.
So if you’re into this type of stuff, it’s probably your kind of place. If, like me, you’re looking for simple miniatures, keep on truckin’. My rating reflects the store for what it is rather than for what I was hoping for.

Awesome selection of D&D 3.5/Pathfinder games, and Tables, OHHH so many tables! Have yet to play there, but just going in and browsing gave me the bug again!
