Donnie at Cross Heating & Air Conditioning was very helpful when my heat pump recently went out. He was informative in helping me choose the right model for my situation.
I had a 16 year old unit that desperately needed replaced. Donnie suggested a unit, I did some independent research, and found that he had chosen the same unit that others suggested on the internet.
The install went very smooth, replacing an air handler in my attic and an outside compressor unit.
I would highly recommend him and I’ll be using him to service my heat pumps for the foreseeable future.
