This is one of the most efficient locations I’ve experienced. They are a well-​oiled machine! Food was prepared quickly, correctly and was delicious!

This is the slowest Chickfila in the world. They have a tiny bathroom and one sink. I just spent 25 minutes in the drive thru with only about 5 cars ahead of me. Pick up the pace!!!

I called in a catering order for 630 am. It’s 7am and I’m still waiting! :(
They have made me VERY LATE!!!

I love me some Chick-​Fil-​A… but why do I only crave it on Sunday mornings? The coating on the chicken strips is so good, I don’t need sauce. I tried the frozen lemonade for the first time the other day… meh. Too much ice cream and not enough lemonade. I guess I was hoping for something that was more of a lemonade slushy.

We stopped here while passing through on a road trip. Service was very slow. I understand it was the lunch rush when we were there yesterday but even so, I felt it took far too long to get our food!

Steer clear of this location! The setup they’ve got going on in their parking lot is effing ridiculous. There’s one way in and one way out, and the drive through lane literally wraps around the building and clogs everything up. It took like ten minutes just to get to where I could park to go in. And this was at 2 in the afternoon, so not even peak lunch time.

This location is always busy during lunch and dinner. Food is great and staff is very friendly. One tip though is check your drive thru order. I usually get a six count and four count chicken nuggets meal for my two boys every week as a treat for being good in school and at least once a month (sometimes twice) I would get home and have two four counts. I check every time now before I leave.

More of a review for all chick fil a locations, but this one is particularly well run. There are almost always long lines but they move so quickly and efficiently while still being friendly. The food has always been perfectly cooked and hot with the fries nicely stuffed in. Plenty of offers for sauces and to refill drinks.
They clean up quickly and walk around offering to get you things. All just really friendly and nice people. And what can you say about the food, just really good stuff.

This review is based purely on an exceptional customer service experience my parents had.
They visited this Chick-​fil-​A on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The place was super crowded. My dad paid for their food which was just under $ 10 with a $ 50 bill. They ate their meal, and proceeded to their next destination when he realized he did not have his change. He and Mom checked their billfolds and neither of them had the $ 40 or so they should have received back from the restaurant. In hindsight, they realized that in the chaotic environment of the restaurant, Dad had walked away from the register without getting his change. He also failed to get his receipt. He completely knew it was his fault for walking away and said that he had paid the tax for being stupid.
However, Mom decided to call Chick-​fil-​A and tell them of the incident in case that particular register came up over at the end of the shift. Long story short: The manager pulled the security camera footage, watched the tape, saw that what my parents had claimed to happen had actually happened, then pulled the cash register and found that it was, in fact, $ 40 over. My parents were able to go back by Chick-​fil-​A that evening and pick up their change.
I was super impressed that someone took the time during a very busy Saturday to research this very minor issue and resolve it. It is a breath of fresh air to know there are honest, conscientious people who go way out of their way to reunite a forgetful couple with their small amount of change.

Food was great, as always, but the teens working there weren’t attentive whatsoever, and we’re unprofessional. I was rushed when ordering by a girl on drive thru on Monday afternoon and when I got to the window, she handed my drink and told me to have a good day… Without even handing me my food! It would be nice to have friendlier drive thru staff who don’t laugh and joke around with each other rather than being friendly to guests.

People are always super nice here but most all my take out orders for offices I call on and buy lunch for are late and missing something it seems. I also get sick every time I eat the food from here but people love it.

The chicken is delicious. I am totally a fast food snob but I make an exception for Chick fil a. The restaurant is typically clean and they have a fun play area. The food is really tasty and the employees are very friendly (almost creepily, seriously it is a game to count how many times an employee says My Pleasure)

Chick Fil A is my Fav when I have to eat Fast Good Food. I am so addicted to the chicken nuggets and Buffalo sauce. Great idea to serve lemonade, that’s perfect with chicken! Sorry Cows!!! The chicken is finger lickin!!!

Stopped in at this location on our way to Lexington. Chick fil a nuggets are the best. Juicy real bits of chicken. Looking forward to their expansion in Michigan in 2015

Great service and food! Owner gave salad coupons to the faculty at our elementary for teacher appreciation week. It’s almost always packed, but that’s a good sign. They keep things moving and get you served quickly.

I have gone to many Chick-​fil-​A restaurants but I have to say that this one had great customer service. Besides serving delicious food, we were asked if we needed anything or how was everything countless times. It is nice to have such a great lunch experience. This location also has a kids play area which is great especially when traveling.

Awesome place. Accepted all my online coupons and even a coupon that I was thought was a bit unfair (expiration date scratched out from a booth that I got it from). Always great deals, as far as coupons are concerned and always accepting. This location is a good one. I’m kind of mad they got my order wrong today though. I told them to give me the chic-​fila mini three count and they put me down for three three count chic minis.
Ah well, I am hungry this morning.

One of the best fast-​food places in existence. If I am on a road trip, hungry, and I see one of these places, I am stopping here.
Order the Chick-​Fil-​A chicken sandwich combo. They serve WAFFLE FRIES! Yum! Wash it down with fruit punch, and everything will be OK.
