Went in for a straight razor shave. I easily could’ve done a better job with an electric razor. With low battery. Took forever for a piss poor shave, would not recommend you go in expecting a decent shave.

I used to walk down here and get my haircut when I was in college (and a little beyond), a long time ago, so bear that in mind with this review.
This was an ESTABLISHED place, and by that I mean they knew their buisness and how to go about doing it. They have a tradition here. The first time I went there I was amazed that they still did the back of yrou neck with the hot foam and a straight razor, and I’ve never had as clean and close a shave since.
I tip my hat to you gentlemen, and while it’s off, can you give me a trim?

I love this place. I’ve been getting my hair cut here since they opened, and before that, I was getting my hair cut by these guys at the shop the worked at before striking out on their own. Now that I think about it — I’ve been getting my hair cut by the same folks since 1997. I’m sure there are better haircuts in the world, but I wouldn’t switch! I think that if I moved, I might still drive back for haircuts.
