I called Bryant Friday afternoon for a routine check and cleaning. They were able to have someone out within 2 hours. Jeremy arrived and checked and cleaned all three units internally(all good). He then checked the external units and found that 2 of the three units’ fans were not working. This turned out to be an electrical problem(breaker went off and we never noticed it) but he stayed longer to make sure it was working properly before he left and only charged us $ 64.95 per unit(as advertised) for the call. We will certainly be using Bryant for our HVAC needs in the future.

After having a poor experience with Comfort heating and air(poor time management, unfriendly staff, lack of follow up when running hours behind), I contacted Bryant. They were able to send a technician out half an hour after I requested service(WOW!). This may not be typical, but I was pretty stoked. The technician(Matt Jones) was professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. I felt comfortable with him in my home and appreciated that he was forthcoming about my hvac issues and my options. Fantastic HVAC company in the Lexington area. If you need HVAC service in the Lexington area, call Bryant HVAC. My neighbor used them over the holiday weekend because one of his outdoor units went on the blink. Bryant showed up fast, fixed the unit and got Jim back in his house. When everyone else was closed, Bryant was still there to help.

Brennan came yesterday and did our bi-annual service and HEWASFANTASTIC. Very friendly, VERYTHOUROUGH, told me everything he was doing, what was normal, what wasn’t. Great teacher. You call yourself a company? What a bunch of pirates! Over 7 grand for a heat pump that still does not work and has been sitting since March 4th inoperable? You people should be ashamed of yourself! My mother trusted you as a company and you failed her! I hope someone else reads this and saves themselves the hassle of trusting you and they go with someone else that knows what they are doing! You should change the name of your company to «House of don’t know how to do anything and don’t have an answer.» I called to speak to a manger and his tail tucked between his legs and never called ME he called my mother telling her the thermostat is bad(which 1 out of the 9 techs that came out said it was perfectly fine). You don’t have to face me but don’t worry I never shut up. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and you will NEVER forget my name.
