Classy place and great managers! The business is always clean and the staff is friendly and inviting!

I haven’t been to an Applebee’s in years. In general I don’t like to spend money that I’ve worked for on sub par food and even worse service. I was given a gift card and, despite my reservations, decided to give Applebee’s one more try. Expectedly, it was terrible. We were seated relatively quickly at the bar. The first thing I noticed was the smell of rotten alcohol and soda from the nearest disgusting garbage can. When we ordered I was told I had made a very popular choice. My hopes went up a bit, I thought I may have a nice dinner yet! It was all for not. My sandwich was room temperature, I concluded that it must’ve been meant as a cold sandwich. The bottom slice of toast was literally mush. I picked it apart and ate some of the sandwich. At least the fries were good. I didn’t want to be a complainer. The server never checked in to see how we liked our food and never refilled our drinks. When it was time to pay we handed over our gift card and credit card. The register froze. The server apologized and we understood. Then the manager stopped over and repeated to us everything the server had already told us. We understood again. He didn’t ask if we wanted refills on our soft drinks, he didn’t offer to remove our dirty plates, and he didn’t offer us discount or anything to compensate for us waiting at least 30 min just to close out check. They did offer to close out our check without the gift card in hopes for a faster resolution of the register problem. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to wait this one out because I’m not paying for this shitty food and service with my own money and I am certainly never going to another Applebee’s.

When I opened the box expecting to see Bourbon St. Chicken & Shrimp, I saw disgusting slop!!! The slop looked like something that a dine-in customer left on their plate as garbage upon leaving the restaurant. That slop should not have ever left the kitchen!!! I gave the food back to the restaurant manager and asked for a refund. The manager told me that it was their company’s policy not to issue refunds but to allow the customer to select something else from the menu or to issue a gift card to which I responded that her offer was«NOT acceptable». I didn’t want anything else from the menu and I didn’t come there to purchase a gift card! At that point, I wanted nothing else but my money back! Nowhere on Applebee’s website, TV ads, on the restaurant’s menu, nor posted in their restaurant is it stated that if you(the customer) are not satisfied, all sales are final and non-refundable. There is NO refund policy!!! I gave the restaurant their product back to them the same way it was given to me! However, Applebee’s doesn’t feel that they should give me my refund! That slop that they sold me should have never left their kitchen!

My waitress Bethany was so on point! I have not had good service like this anywhere else but from this chain restaurant. Bethany was accurate with my order with no mess ups and polite. My food was perfect fresh and came out quick. CHRIS the manager was very professional and friendly. Awesome location and employees! Applebee’s has it to get them table coasters for our drinks!

I have been here many times and every time received good service. The atmosphere is nice, but the this time it was extremely loud. Apparently Thursday night is karaōke night. It was super packed and loud on this night. The DJ was running around singing. There were washed up non music inclined people singing and back up singing and shooting videos. It truly was a very unique place. My friends were both late so I sat for some time and had to drown my sorrows a bit in some juice aka beer. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful with recommendations on menu items. She even was able to scream over the bad Conway Twitty whaling in the corner. It is an enjoyable, clean, and family friendly place most of the time to have a sit down meal. They have a full bar also if you prefer to drink your dinner. Stop in and have a drink. Go on Thur nights for real entertainment. WOW

Decent food, lots of choices, priced ok but not really worth the price for every entrée. Service is ok.

My wife and I were exploring Hamburg and I was starting to get famished. I kind of wanted some fast food, but I had eaten a pretty depressing lunch earlier in the day. So I had heard about Applebee’s having half-priced appetizers and decided to head over there to give it a shot. Much to my chagrin, I was eating during the one hour that half-priced apps were not available. However, I spotted their new shareables menu and noticed that you could pretty much create your own sampler appetizers for about $ 4 – 5 apiece, depending on how many you get. We ordered 4 different options, for only about $ 14 today(plus beverages). Pretty reasonable compared to fast food. All the entrees came out at the same time. The star was definitely the Chicken Wonton Tacos. The shells crispy but light, so unlike regular tacos they don’t fall apart when you take a bite. Our order only included 3 tacos, but it was supposed to be a «sampler version» of a full appetizer, so that sounds about right. The delicious ginger soy sauce glaze definitely had me dipping repeatedly. The chicken was grilled, diced, and well-seasoned and topped with a light slaw. Next came the beef brisket sliders with pineapple. Very delicious, with sauce absorbed directly into the meat. They were served on yeast rolls, which were very flavorful. My wife complained her bread was a little soggy, but I was having trouble listening as mine was delicious. The Sriracha Shrimp, which included 5 shrimps, were fried and crispy and drenched in their sweeter than spicy orange sriracha sauce. I destroyed these little fellahs. They were garnished with those little egg noodles you often see on salad bars, which seemed unnecessary, but was somewhat visually appealing. My wife was the most excited about the pulled pork nachos. Dotted with mostly mild jalapeños(except for one), loaded with gooey cheese, and a ton of flaky clips. It was a little moist in the middle, but other than that, she was pretty excited overall. All this for just $ 14 seemed like quite a deal. I definitely left feeling a bit overstuffed. I have to be honest, in the past Applebee’s has never really been my first choice. I may have to rethink that after this experience.

Been here a hundred times and I can never dispute the flavor of their classic or hot wing sauce as being anything other than delicious. Sure it’s not adventurous and different. Applebee’s is that place where you want to cut the crap and get a consistently good meal. That is what’s up. That said, the wings are awesome and their soup and salad special is pretty awesome. One thing I will scream atop my soapbox is the lack of changing stations for children in the bathroom. A little ma and pa place I can understand. However, major franchises need to jump on this.

There is nothing worse than enjoying one domestic Beer for one price and then beIng charged for another domestic beer at a higher price. Your food ain’t THAT good applebees! Never order Blue Moon here unless you want to be charged 6.99. Yeah that’s right, 6.99. I had bud lite with my meal then switched to a blue moon. Would have been nice if my server mentioned the enormous price difference! Deception by withholding price information is inexcusable.
