Out of all the beauty supply in the area they are by far the largest and carry majority of all brands. Very affordable. And they open on time! Forever a customer.

Very nice beauty supply store. The store is huge with tons of great products. Shopping center was a little run down, but the store is good.

Helen attitude is horrible. She does not want to assist customers at all. Etiquette school is waiting on her.

Really awesome people great customer service and great prices. They really try to help you when you go in there, and the people who work there are super friendly. They also have a great selection of hair products and so much more. Officially my favorite spot to go for hair products, supplies, etc.

I really like this store. The owners are nice, prices are better than other stores, the selection is extensive and they hire people to work there that know about hair care and not just because they are related to them.
Accessories: I find a lot of cute bows and hair accessories there for my girls at great prices.
Products: I found some products there like Miss Jessies, that I’ve only seen online or heard of from friends. They have a better selection and price point on Velvet Remi and other brands.
Discount: When I first went in, they offered me a points card. It works and there is not jumping through hoops to get my discount.
Customer Service: They are very friendly and the girls who work there really want to help you and know what they are talking about. Not sure if they are beauty school students or not but, I like to talk to people that can recommend products because we have similar hair types as me or they actually know hair care. It makes a difference talking to a stylist oppose to the «retail guy» who just wants your money and for you to leave.
