The gentleman that works there(Max) was super helpful. When I inadvertently bought a defective pipe he was very polite. He explained the typical company policy of no exchanges but gave me the opportunity to speak to the owner. The owner, after hearing me out, was very understanding and allowed me to exchange the pipe due to a manufacturer defect. I was super impressed with his professionalism am manners that I bought another $ 50 in products while I was there. This company has earned all of my business and I will be sure to get a membership there too. Thank you Max you did an outstanding job!

Was extremely interested in buying some products. The guy answered my questions as if he had a bigger brain than me. The worst customer service ever. Then I kindly asked him for WiFi password and he said yes for customers only and that I haven’t bought anything yet. I was in there for 5 min. And apparently had been breathing his good air… won’t be coming back. Needs customer service training.

Called this place. Me: do you have a lounge? Them: For members only. Me: Do you have a tv and watching the Rangers game? Them: We have a tv but we will NOT be watching the game. Seemed rude over the phone, can’t imagine what they would be like in person… and after this conversation I won’t be finding out.

Not the largest, but absolutely the best and friendliest service. Great selection, lots of indoor seating, reasonable prices, nice group of customers and staff. Recommendations were good. If I lived in this area, this would be my new cigar family. Highly recomended.
