Action figure selection is picked clean at this location, if you’re a collector. Chances are most of the popular toys are hard to obtain unless you wait at door during release day or fill out a raincheck (if they still honor this stuff). I don’t generally visit TRU unless I’m looking for anything particular or need a last minute kid gift, since availability is better online and cheaper at other stores.

Unorganized. Items are misplaced and so the items don’t match up with shelf prices. Found myself having to locate the price tag on shelf by item name.
Expensive. I found few items that were identical to ones at walmart/​target that were much cheaper at those locations.
Customer service not the best.
Cool items for the kids though, if you have money to spend.

This store has everything. Keep an eye out for the clearance sale. Also sign up for emails and you’ll be able to save some cash. The associates are very knowledgable about the store layout and can help you find what ever you are look for in the store. Love this store. I always recommend shopping early at this store to avoid lines.
