Went in for copies. What a rip-​off at .23cents each. Unreal! Do not patronize this business.

This has been the WORSE shipping experience I have ever had… It was Friday May 9^th. I went in to ship my Mother’s Day card with the goal of getting it to another city in Texas, I asked the clerk what was the best and cheapest way to get this card by or before Sunday May 11^th. I was told that of all the services US priority mail for $ 29.06 was the best way to get it there by Saturday May 10^th. So I paid my money. At the time, there was no qualifying or cautionary comments from this clerk such as” Well it may or may not get there… or I am not sure. This is why I paid the extra dollars. So Saturday, Sunday rolled by and now its Monday May 12^th and I finally get my tracking status that it arrived on Monday after 2pm CST. I came back to the clerk this afternoon and asked for a possible credit or refund since this early arrival did not take place. Only to be told that these shipments are never guaranteed. Excuse me but I didn’t pay to gamble on whether this card would or would not show up. And I certainly wasn’t told this at the time of service either… So my review comment is the following: Be warned that the service you request and pay for may not be what you get and since you wont be credited or refunded… I recommend to go to the next service around the corner or down the road instead!!! Don’t stop here…
