This is for the lunch/deli area. This Sam’s lunch area is pretty good. The service was promt. The pizza was hot and they had several selections available even though I was there outside the lunch hour. They had a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza which I have never seen at the Denton Sam’s. Hot dog was great too. They had sour kraut on the condiment bar but no onions. This is still an improvement over the Denton Sam’s. Yup really can’t beat a huge slice of good pizza, a big hot dog, and fountain soda for less than $ 4. My only gripe is that they slice the pizza orders into two smaller slices instead of one larger slice. I prefer a large single slice so I can fold it.

Excellent employees who bend over backwards to assist you. Great optical department also with a wonderful staff who understand their products. But this is where it goes bad, you will get electrocuted in this store. Everything you touch will give you an electrical charge that will make you jump back. If you have a pacemaker it could kill you. This is one of the purest Signs of American Greed. Avoid this store like the plague for your own safety!

Frustrated with Sam’s. The computer I purchased about 2 months ago had a price drop. Sam’s has a 90 day return policy on their computers but only a 2 week price match. They will let me return the computer and buy the exact same one saving $ 190 plus the tax difference but will not just offer the credit.

So I came to Sam’s Club in Lewisville today to open my membership. My two children(ages 2&4) were with me. We looked around and a table(in the furniture section) caught my eye. My kids were sitting on the couch behind the table and after examining the table for about ten minutes I sat on one of the chairs and asked my kids to come sit on the chairs so I could determine if the table would be okay for my toddlers. As my son climbed up the chair, a nearby associate named Janet(Indian descent) came over in her mop machine she was riding and asked my son if he could get down from the chair and push the chair in so she could mop right there by the table. I was baffled. I told her we were looking at the table and well shopping, like what all customers do at stores. She said it would only take two seconds and I assured her the floor would still be there after we left for her to mop. She then raised her voice a little and said she needed to mop there because she had to get off work at 2pm. I again told her that I was shopping with my kids and we were looking at the table and I asked her kindly to leave us alone. She became irritated with us because we wouldn’t move. I asked her to stop talking and to not touch my son and then I asked her to call the manager because I was just done with her. She called a nearby associate who was just a stock boy. I told her I wanted the store manager. So Janet who had a radio, called a nearby manager. The manager came over and I started telling her what the problem was; half-way through the story, Janet interrupts me and starts talking over me and I asked her to not interrupt me. The sad part is the manager did NOTHING about Janet interrupting me. I said«ok go ahead and interrupt me Janet and manager go ahead and let her interrupt me.» Oh and she did. The manager allowed Janet to interrupt me and finish her version of the story. I became so angry and asked the manager WHY? Why was it necessary for us to move when we are at the store shopping? Why did Janet have to be so rude, not just to me, but my children as well? Why did she allow Janet to interrupt me and allow her to finish talking and not correct her from well everything? The manager asked Janet to leave and told her it would be okay if she didn’t mop 5ft of floor. That’s it! That’s what Janet was so concerned about-mopping 5 feet of Sam Walton’s precious floor. I told the manager that all of that was ridiculous especially since my children had to witness all of it. And I told her Janet needed to apologize to not only me, but my children as well. The manager left and Janet returned and her apology was«Ma’am I’m sorry you thought I was rude» and she looked at my son and apologized to him. My son(who happens to be learning about manners at school) told Janet that«you were rude to my mommy and me and my sister.» And Janet’s response was«No I was not rude. I’ve been doing this for 21 years.» Oh and where was the manager, no where to be found! I guess she had something more busy to do. Another manager walked by(named Ali) and I told her everything and she seemed more sincere and apologetic, but guess what DAMAGEWASDONE! And today before I looked at the table at Sam’s I purchased my first ever club membership at Sam’s. I was so angry when I left and my son was very bothered that I did not go and return my membership. But believe me I definitely will. So much for a first impression! I rather pay twice the membership at Costco where I know they value customers.

This is one of the best Sam’s Clubs in the DFW area. The store is always clean and well stocked. This location does sell beer and wine.

SAMs truly needs express checkout on weekends. Some people stock up on stuff and it takes so long to check them out that people that only have a few items have to wait forever.

Another Sam’s Club. Good prices and great deals if you don’t mind buying a lot.

This is a great place to go if you are looking for bulk cheap prices. From house hold essentials to food, this place is great to go. I go sometimes just to sample the food and plan out some new things to buy for the fridge. Their hot dogs are amazing also and have a great combo deal with a drink for only $ 1.50! Great meal deal for a quick lunch. I used to have employees leave and go here for their lunch break. I’m definitely a fan of Sam’s Club and recommend it over Costco due to a wider variety of things to choose from.
