I took my belt to have additional holes put in them. Honestly, I would have been better off performing this task myself.
They punched three holes per my request, however they did not align nor space the holes in the consistency the original holes were placed. Extremely disappointed in their work.
It was quick and extremely cheap, but I would rather pay more for a superior job well done.

I took my Grensons down here two days ago. Needed half soles and heel rebuild. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Picked up the shoes today to find they’d done an excellent job and even fixed a couple of minor issues that i’d forgotten to mention. Yes they’re not the cheapest place for shoe repair but given the quality of the work i feel very happy with the value i got. Excellent all round and they are now my shoe people :)

Too expensive and repairs do not last. I had new tips put on the heels of my pumps and lost one after wearing them only twice. And it was $ 14.95! I took them to a different place today and was charged $ 7.60 for the same repair. Hopefully this one will last longer. I will not use them again.
