Nail Essential

The owner daughter is the rudest of them all!!! I felt that it was a life-​threatening hazard for me to be in the pedicure chair and my feet soaking in water and at the same time, she put a pillow in my lap and place the electrical UV light device (the plug/​cord had tape in different spots) on top of the pillow — then asked me to cross my arm over the other side so she could finish my nails. When I told her that I did not feel comfortable because what if the UV device drop in the water, it would electrocute me — This witch said –” so, it would be an accident and no body get money” — I could not believe my ears!!! and the owner just looked at her and gave a sneaky smile… I RAN UP OUT OF THERE!!!

I have bee going to this salon for a long time getting my eyebrows done feet and nails. This past week. One of the nail techs was extremely unprofessional after I asked her to change my nail color. She said to me «that is why no one will take you because you are too picky» she penalized and embarrassed me in front of the other patrons about changing my nail color! All the nail techs very obviously talk
About patrons in there native language. I would not recommend this place. when I told the «boss» in charge about my encounter… she said nothing… offered no apology. I will not be back!

The customer service is amazing! They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I always have pretty high expectations when it comes to getting my nails done and these ladies do an amazing job every time!

So I came at the recommendation of a friend bc I liked her nails and I am so disappointed! ! Things started off fine as I was the only person there until the little old lady started my polish. She started my polish and in walked 5 people asking for pedis, manis and a gel set. I felt so rushed after that as though my service was no l longer important. She finished my polish only to put on my rhinestone bow as an after thought. My bow would was not stable and it was no secure to my nail. After 30 minutes under the nail dryer I was ready to go. I had to wait another 10 minutes to pay. I asked for another drop of glue on my Bow and she looked at me like I had cursed her out. Needless to say she didn’t get a top and I will not be back. My bow came off later that day! !!
