Jefferson Dental Clinics – Lewisville

I came with a 5 star review to a 1 star review. Let me tell you why. My last check up with them was a few days ago regarding pain in my gums which they did not x-​ray nor ask me the rating of my pain I had from a scale of 1 to 10 like most health related places would. They acted as if it was just «sensitivity» and gave me pain med prescriptions that would not even numb an emo’s emotional state on a rainy day. The next day I woke up I had to pay a visit to the ER which costs me more money and they gave me more pain meds along with a steroid shot in the thighs. Next day I woke up and experienced the worst pain in my life and had my fiancé drive me to an emergency dentist place in Irving. They did x-​rays of my teeth and found out that JDC «Jefferson Dental Clinic» put a filling in so deep that it was sitting on my nerves in my mouth which created pain overtime in my entire mouth. They insisted on a root canal which JDC never told me I needed done. I went ahead and complied with them even though JDC had taken my entire Dental deductible for the year. These guys fixed my teeth after spending over $ 700 to fix the problem and I could finally sleep again and eat the foods I’ve couldn’t before. Jefferson Dental Clinic assumes too much which causes their patients like me to be in pain. I was in pain so much I actually thought about taking my life because of their mistake. I will never step back in their office again as long as I live unless it is to get a refund then LEAVE.

Great place for dental work. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Will come here again!

This is place is the worst, you have to overpay and you are in the waiting long after your appointment time, then when it’s finally your turn, they make you wait in the chair for long periods of time. Not sexist or anything but, this place is run by a bunch woman that look like they get nothing done.
