I won’t waste time on what the food is like– the donuts and coffee and pretty standard. The staff at this location though are excellent! Very kind and willing to go above and beyond for you.

I love donuts especially Dunkin donuts so my review is strictly about the service at this particular location. So starting off I decided to go thru drive thru even though I had no idea what the heck I wanted. The woman I talked to however was very friendly and patient. I asked her what kind of donuts were popular right now cause well I was getting a dozen and wanted to make sure I got the right assortments but she wasn’t annoyed or irritated, she answered all my questions and I ended up getting chocolate glazed, glazed, Boston crème (my favorite), and peanut butter. All in all this location has fantastic employees and exceptional donuts.

They close at 8PM NOT 10PM. Check your order b4 leaving the drive thru, they are either missing items or given the wrong order.
Also, they can’t combine any ‘rewards’, can’t get a free donut (from receipt) & free coffee (from rewards), even when you’ve earned it… SMH!!!

When I got there (Saturday appx 2:30) only 2 customers sitting around and staff not busy at all – even drive thru.
No one came to check up on customers or dining area — several dirty tables and crumbs and napkins on the floor. I went to purchase another yummy item after 20 minutes and no staff in sight. Finally left without buying anything else.

The drive thru at this location is horrendous. Very slow. I went through on a Friday morning around 7:15 a.m. All I ordered was coffee. It took me FIFTEEN MINUTES to pull up to the drive thru window. I would have bailed out, but I was stuck and couldn’t go anywhere. When I finally got to the window, no one came to help me. Again, all I wanted was coffee. I could see two people inside scurrying around, but neither of them even acknowledged I was at the window. After three minutes of waiting, I left without my drink. I was trying to be nice and not give Starbucks all my money, but after today I won’t be back to DD.

This is a very clean Dunkin’ Donuts location… Maybe the cleanest I’ve ever been in minus the new store out in Santa Monica, CA.
The service was very good and commendable. The customers after me received their order before me so I received an upgrade on my coffee for free.

I have been a fan of Dunkin Donuts for years but did not realize how much better they are than their competition until living in Houston for 8 years, their are only 4 locations in all of Houston and they are very old and in need of some updates, this location is very clean, with a well trained enthusiastic staff, the menu and quality of the food has just got better and better, keep up the great work.
