The lady who works here is very sweet and friendly. She’s always smiling. I enjoy coming here for the coffee, kolaches, and of course, donuts.

There’s nothing much better than a fresh glazed donut in my opinion. I grabbed a dozen to share at work and they were AMAZING!!! It’s the best donut shop in the area! P. s. the jalapeño kolaches are on point too!

I was craving fresh donuts for breakfast and this place hit the spot. I stopped by on way to church one morning. I got the jalepeno cheese sausage kolache and the glazed donut twist. Both were quite tasty and washed it down with some milk. They had a variety of donuts. They even had maple flavor which I’ve had in past while in Canada. They have breakfast biscuits and a fridge with various drinks: milk, juice, soda, red bull.

This is hands down, the worst donut place I have EVER gone to. I warn you people to avoid this place. I should have saw the warning signs when I saw the place was very dirty. But I was willing to give it a shot since these guys were so close to the apartment. I usually order a donut, two sausage rolls, and a drink. When I got there, their menus were sort of all over the place. So it was hard to tell what they had and what they didn’t have. Then I looked at their product shelf, and found that literally every single item there was a «display» item. Having a display shelf at a donut location implies you don’t keep fresh product. So I get my order. And my total was ridiculously high. I’ve never broken $ 6 for my small order I usually get for breakfast at ANY place I get donuts until now. I first eat my donut. It was fine enough. It was obviously not fresh, but coming in at 9AM after the peak traffic, that was to be expected. Now the sausage rolls. As per the usual of the rolls being baked in an oven and stored until purchased in most places, this place skips the ‘middle man’ and just takes sausage rolls out of the freezer, and throws them in the microwave for a few seconds. Meaning these rolls came out nearly frozen in the middle. Wow, thanks for trying to get me sick, Donut Palace. So I do the reasonable thing and take it home and heat it up in my oven. You would think this is the end of the story, but nope. Gets worse. I heat it up in my oven, and it looks good. Except when I take a bite. Right in the middle of the meat? Freezer burn. Meaning they’ve had these things for so long that they’ve developed freezer burn. And this was on BOTH rolls. Short version: Over priced, dirty store, non-fresh products, mediocre donuts, and absolutely terrible sausage rolls that will get you sick if you eat them. BEWAREOFTHISSTORE.

When coming here, its key to come at peak morning travel time, becuase the donuts are the freshest. I recommend 7−9am for the fresh ones, if ur not a 5am person.

Meh. I wanted to like it since it’s so close to my apartment. They have a pretty big selection of donuts and kolaches, but all are only so so. The kolach dough was very bland.

jalapeño cheese kolache = hot dog bun with a hot dog microwaved queso and bright yellow japapenos… might as well go to a gas station and better hot dog at least i can add chili and onions to it.
