RAT FECES!!!
I ordered a chicken biscuit and a large ice tee for breakfast and as I got down to the bottom of my food at my surprise was several pieces of rat feces in my dink! As you can imagine I threw up several times.
The worst part is that when I went back to the establishment and told the owner hours later Brett (owner) when I told him to please be aware change the tea and ice and cups just to be safe and not serve more people he told me he wouldn’t do that because he did not see the feces himself. The health department was notified but STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
They truly don’t care about what happens to people.

Amazing people at this location. Wendy helped me and i was so embarrassed i forgot my wallet while rushing to get food on my 30 minute break and they paid for my food. I have always loved chick fil a and the service but this was so amazing i know to some a 10 $ meal isnt a big deal. But the actions of these employees are amazing without hesitation they said no problem and handed me the food. I wish i could do more then 5 stars

Now this will be the SECOND complaint on this Chick fil a… I’m not sure if the employees are not understanding what I’m asking for, better yet what I’ve ordered! It’s right there on the receipt! I haven’t been here in MONTHS since the last incident, so I thought to myself, «let me give them OOONE more chance.» This time I went into the restaurant because I felt like maybe the drive-​thru just can’t understand or comprehend what I’m saying. I order 4peice minis and a medium fry (nothing against y’alls hash browns, I just don’t like them). The lady at the front with the glasses tells me it’s going to take 2 – 3 minutes. I had a little more time to spare, so I said, «It’s okay»… Now there was a good amount of people waiting for food and ordering… So they asked for my name. I sit back and wait, right away they yell out «Mary!» I look at my cashier and she said, «there’s no way that’s you, fries need way more time to cook.» Smiles and walks away. I sit back and they call this «Mary person» 2 more times. I’ve already been waiting 5 – 7 minutes… I’m like, «wow! Mary needs to come get her stuff!» The third time they call this «Mary name»… I walk up the the counter, sure enough IT’S MY FOOD!!! The fries never started cooking!!! How hard is it to read the order??? I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THAT RESTAURANT THAT ORDERED FRIES THAT MORNING! Once again, there was no «SORRY»… No apologies NOTHING! I then waited for my fries for 4 more minutes and again made it LATE to work!!! Thanks a lot chick fil a!

Key lime cheesecake ice cream milk shake with graham cracker crust. You need this it would be awesome I bet. Bring back the coleslaw. A value menu would be cool.

Food isnt bad and employees are nice but they always get the order wrong or forget to give me things like my salad dressing everytime and my toppings for my salad everytime

Giving them a 3 due to sanitation. came here for the breakfast and I was not satisfied. the chick behind the counter continued to cough without covering her mouth! Seriously, working over food you must cover your mouth, ESPECIALLY when you are sick. UGH I threw away the receipt so I can’t even call her out about it… I think someone said her name was Tanya? She worked the morning shift on today. I really hope I don’t get sick, she was really hacking over and over! Then to make matters worse she had to at least be in her late 30’s early 40’s so that is something that you learned back in elementary.

I went five minutes before closing and was still served with a smile. I thought me & the employees were all good. Food still tasted ok (and the chicken was moist, fries were crispy) despite being the last of the night.
I drank all my soda and took off the lid to fill the cup with water, because that’s efficiency, and noticed what looked unmistakably like a pubic hair. C’mon. Also explains the weird scratchiness in my throat… Prob more hair, right?
Regardless, one might-​be-​a-​pube is one too many. Still better than the handful of pubes I got in a Wendy’s nugget packet one time.

I do love Chic-​Fil-​A, but that parking lot must have been designed by an engineering student high on a hit from the crack pipe, nothing else could explain it! I still enjoy going through the drive thru on occasion, but Raising Cane’s is still just 100% better!

I work at a Chick Fil A in Dallas and I stopped by here on the way to run a few errands and I was surprised at how different every Chick Fil A is. My order wasn’t repeated back to me and I’m not sure if they do second mile service here but I never got anyone to come check how I was doing. And there were no runners who would take each meal to their guests. Probably it’s just how each place is managed. Still the food was great!

Be sure and doublecheck your order before you leave. Just paid for two meals and two extra biscuits and did not receive any hashbrowns. Halfway to work in the rain when I realized it so it’s too late to turn around now. So disappointed.:(

Food always hot and fresh. Wait time is always low. I love this place service is always good and my Arnold Palmer tea always taste the same.

It must be a nice place to work for the folks who do work there.

I’m sure it’s good if you can wait in line forever. I’ve contemplated breakfast here many a time, the lines are not conducive to getting to work on time. Lines are also long during lunch, or generally whenever you get hungry for chick fil a. I’ll go to Wendy’s next door for a damn good spicy chicken sandwich and usually no wait. (I’m also aware that long lines probably mean the food is very good. You just wager your time and money accordingly)

Always satisfying. Excellent chicken sandwiches. Obviously they treat there employees well how else do you explain the great customer service i have received and it doesn’t matter which restraunt i visit. You can also tell by the constant lines wrapped around the corner in the drive thru

Always get a smile, great service and food. You can not go wrong by getting a chicken biscuit in the morning. The Cobb Salad is always a nice lunch.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this yet. I come here fairly regularly for lunch. I’m obsessed with Chick-Fil-A’s spicy chicken sandwich.
Apparently everyone else is, too, because this place is a freaking zoo at lunch rush. However, I have always been impressed with this location’s ability to deal with it. My order is 95% of the time accurate. They are very quick and get the drive-​through orders done quickly and constantly, and with a smile to boot! They are friendly, though they are trained to be, but they seem to honestly be friendly most of the time.
They do a good job keeping the place clean, too, especially during the lunch rush inside. They also have people who walk around and will get you drink refills and take away your trash if you are sitting inside. That is a really nice touch.

The best fast food and I love it! I always stop by to get my breakfast on the way to school. Drive-​thru is fast even though it is a little long when it gets busy. My favorites all the time are chicken nuggets and mini sandwiches. Great service. Staffs are awesome and so friendly.
Their food tastes good and fresh. Price is reasonable.

Was here twice today and fast service both times. My turn to bring the team breakfast, got to work the chicken biscuits still nice and warm, not cold and old looking. Hashbrowns delicious as well
For lunch had their market salad (the one with the fruit and nuts) OMG it was delicious, coming from a fast food place you might think not that great, but well worth it. Went thru the drive thru both times and didnt’ wait as long as I expected to.

Probably the best fast food joint out there. Get their chic fila sauce, or maybe it’s called special sauce. sometimes I just call it yellow sauce! yummmmmmm. their lemonade is so yummy too. I ask them for half lemonade and half water though, because I don’t like my lemonade too sweet.
I love that during lunch, they have someone taking orders outside, it really does make the line go by faster!

This particular locations seems to always have some kinks…
Double Check your orders before you drive away from the drive through!
None the less its still Chick Fil A so it deserves the song… Here goes…
