Customer service was great however communication between the insurance company wasn’t they stated that my car was gonna be ready for whatever day and they took an extra day and I had to pay out of my pocket for one extra day on my rental (my fault too, busy schedule) the next day my trunk starting to open by it self when I was unlocking the car but my busy schedule didn’t allow me to go back.

From start to finish, these people were completely professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. They listened to my concerns and then resolved any issues. They worked closely with my onsite insurance rep and onsite car rental. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was rear ended and these guys gave it back to me in better shape then when I bought it used from the dealership last year. Amazing job. It drives great. It looks great. Everything is symmetrical and tight. I will recommend them to anyone looking for collision repair. A+ job!
