If you are wise you will not give business to this crook — I will never ask for services from a repair man without checking him out first. He came to look at our dishwasher in May and gave us the runaround for months with every excuse in the book. He took our money for the repair which he insisted on up front, he ordered our parts which were under warranty and never returned. We called him many times, visited his store many times and he promised us each time he was coming and never showed up. In November we finally decided enough was enough. We asked for our money and our parts. We were not able to get a refund. Only after we made it clear we would not leave the shop without our parts, we were able to at least get our parts so that we could try to fix it our self which we did. According to what we found out he regularly does this and most people just give up He has a lengthy history of doing business this way.
