Greg’s Pools

Our small town local pool supplies store. BEWARE!!! The female part of ownership runs the store, she VERY RUDE and there prices are very high.

We turned to this company when the other service we used to open our pool didn’t return calls. They’re nice in the store but didn’t seem very interested in fixing the problems we had nor were they interested in teaching us how to maintain our pool (using the pump, vacuum, etc.).
Once when they came over I pointed out a crack in a hose and said I wanted to have that fixed. The guy said «we’ll do it next year». What? That was in July. The hose is now completely broken and I don’t want the pool to be closed with a broken hose.
Then when my husband called to schedule the pool closing they told him they «always close that pool on XXX». Huh? That was when the former owners closed the pool. Hello? They don’t live here.
So then I stayed home the entire day they were supposed to come and they never knocked nor rang the bell but somehow there was a note on the front door telling me they couldn’t access the pool to perform the service.
Do NOT use these people unless you want serious aggravation.
