Had been looking at drives elsewhere for a project. One place advertised a low price but it didn’t include the logo and had huge hidden «restocking» fees if I had to return even the ones without a logo for any reason. The other would sell me individual drives or a whole container of them but figuring out the delivery costs wasn’t easy. There is nothing worse than thinking you got a great deal only to get a much larger bill because of unexpected shipping costs.
I get a Crestline catalog in the mail like many of you. The catalog skus match their site. When looking for the drives I followed through the add to cart process, made my selections and there was my total price, setup costs with a shipping cost provided so I know before finalizing the order. Best process out there and the most upfront.

I am so impressed with this company. I ordered some magnetic clips for a Home Show that we were presenting at. I received an email shortly after I placed the order to let me know the items I ordered were out of stock. Luckily, I was thinking ahead and I was able to wait until I received them. It was pushing it a little because they thought I would be receiving them about 1 week before the show. I couldn’t believe it when I received them a full 4 weeks before the show. They were extremely helpful, even letting me know that if they didn’t receive them in time, we had options in other colors (I really wanted the silver though) that could be rushed if necessary. Their customer service was wonderful. I will definitely use them again.
