My daughter and I LOVE coming here to eat! Food is delicious and the staff is very friendly! Only downside, why did the turkey minis go away?

The salad bar was super fresh! Delicious. So good I hardly ate my peppercorn Asiago steak. The steak was extremely tender and I had it well done. I’ve never had a steak cooked well done and it been so soft. Awesome food. Seriously. Clean too.

Excellent meal on 10÷16÷15 for dinner. The hickory salmon was great. Great flavor. The service staff seemed much more friendly than they have in the past. I haven’t been here for a while but it seems they have made some changes that are making this much better place to eat.

Salmon salad is a flop. Top points to mention: The over-cooked shredded salmon. The icky, yucky, non-homemade balsamic dressing. Terrible flavor!!! Poorly matched veggies. A salad with bacon AND salmon should be a slam dunk, people. *never put someone in charge of making salad, that doesn’t love salad– that doesn’t know how to make salad taste as good or better than a burger. Eating the salmon salad at ruby Tuesday’s was a chore– like a punishment. I couldn’t finish it. For a GREAT salad with EXCELLENT balsamic, go to 50 East in White Sulphur. Order the greek salad with shrimp. You will not be sorry!

As other reviews stated, very slow service. VERY slow. The staff was friendly, but we didn’t get a refill on drinks for over 20 min. Food took well over 35 min. Couple different waitresses served us. I was never really sure which one was ours. Went here cuz it was near our hotel. Shoulda tried the subway. Was closer and woulda been cheaper. However food was not bad. If you are in the mood for this kind of food, and don’t care about time, it’s not that bad.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Stopped off the interstate for a quick burger. Mistake. Slow… I say again, slow. Food was good, but slow service.

Not very busy but service was very slow. Salad bar looked a mess with food everywhere. The sneeze guard is so big you can’t reach the items in the back. You have to get the salad bar if you don’t want to leave hungry because the main course portions are so small.

I had a bad feeling about coming here in the first place, but it was close to my hotel and so I figured why not? Bad decision. All the people working seem so depressed and miserable, the place is basically empty. I ordered the southern style chicken tenders and my mom ordered the baked potato and broccoli cheddar soup. I saw our food come out and it was sitting on the counter for more than 5 minutes while our waitress just talked to co workers. Finally she saw our food and brought it out. The chicken tenders were so burnt, almost black. I ate them because I didn’t want to send it back and also short on time. My mom said the potato was very under cooked and the soup was bad and salty. Very disappointed.

I’ve have visited this location a few times over the past year and I believe today was my last. The food is okay; the service is horrible. 2 hours for a table of 6 is insane. The server came to the table 5 times. She removed one plate. We had to stack our plates on a near by table! My buddy never did get a refill. Those of us with water were the lucky ones because she was so lazy she just left the pitcher on the table. When we ordered ice cream for 2 people in our party it took 20 more minutes to bring it out.

I have to say, as a fan of pork ribs in many forms, I can stand ribs that are cooked in a variety of styles. Whether it be sauced or dry, fall off the bone, or a more bone-adhering style, I do love ribs, and am forgiving of the many variations on the styles with which they may be prepared. I can say, though, without reservation, that the ribs that I had this past Sunday, Fathers Day, at the Lewisburg, WV Ruby Tuesday were the worst I’ve ever had. The description of ribs that are«slow-cooked for hours until they fall off the bone» is laughable, as the ribs I had not only were tough, and clung to the bones, but were so dry that they more resembled a form of pork jerky than lusciously juicy baby back ribs. The sauce also was caked on, undoubtedly from a combination of over-cooking and sitting under heat lamps or in the oven. The ribs had been basically rendered of all of their fat, and dried to the point of weightlessness. I could pick the entire half-rack up and tap it on the plate, with no budge. I admit, I should have said something while at the restaurant, but did not for two reasons. First, what could be done? If this is how they do ribs, I’m not sure if a replacement would suffice. Perhaps I could have had a different dish, but that would have just taken up time, and put an even greater damper on the evening. Secondly, I was visiting my parents from out of town and having a Father’s Day dinner with them and my girlfriend, and did not want to damper the spirit of the evening. The server was barely present at any rate, so who knows how long a replacement dish would take. I do want to say that I recall having delicious, juicy, fall of the bone baby backs at Ruby Tuesday at this location in the past, so I’m not sure what happened. Having lost my confidence in this restaurant, I can safely say I will not be visiting any locations ever again. Oh and your«biscuits,» if one is even lucky enough to get them before one has finished half of one’s entrée, are terrible.

Wonderful experience! We were traveling through town & stopped because they had gluten free options. The service was amazing & the food was delicious! The waitress even sent me with a drink for the road & gave us a coupon! We highly recommend it!

It’s a chain I know so I know what to expect from the food. I do like that RT has a salad bar. The service at the bar is always friendly(I always sit at the bar)

I have given this place more chances to get it right than I can believe. It’s too cold in here. The salad bar is so poorly designed the the last of an item is frozen. It seems weird to scrape pasta salad like you would a windshield in January, and because the sneeze guard is so low, you will drag your sleeve through the dressing, so wear something nylon. The crab cakes are full of vegetables. The lettuce wraps are awful, compared to P.F. Changs, anyway. When you order steak and potato that’s all you get on the plate; no garnish to add color and the potato rolls around. If you order fried food at a certain time of the month, everything tastes bitter because the oil is old and rancid. They change the oil based on the date not on the use, the manager said; orders from corporate, she said. And two dinners of this mess cost about $ 50. I blame myself for giving them another chance. Go to Appleby’s down the street.

This place is next to my hotel so I came in for a beer, now this is the first time eating here and I was really surprised with how good the food and service were, are. I am back already having some drinks at the bar. Food is good but does have a similar seasoning on many dishes. I enjoyed my meal the other night but opted just for drinks tonight. I wish the menu were a little more diverse.

One of the nicer Ruby Tuesday’s I’ve been to. Salad bar is usually nice, and the food is good. The service is alright. It’s usually kept clean and parking is easy. It’s right off interstate 64 which is convenience for travelers.

Chain restaurant. Need I say more? Ok, I will anyway.(It is a review after all) It’s a restaurant. It has food that will fill you up. It’s within walking distance of a couple of nearby hotels, therefore it’s perfect for travelers staying in the area. After you drink way too much at the bar, you can stumble back to the hotel to sleep it off without risking a DUI offense. That in itself makes this place worth 3 stars. Nothing cringeworthy, nothing spectacular…
