great customer service, fair & reasonable priced service — used Marc to install /​mount small tv in my bedm wall area, install a light bridge over my bed, checkout & hookup my older stereo components — Marc is very knowledgeable in the field of electronics & performs his work with skill & quality — he is a very fair & honest gent & you will enjoy his personality.

I cannot come up with enough superlatives for the excellent work done by Mark and Resort Media Solutions — he did an incredibly clean and professional install for me, did it for a VERY reasonable price, and did it efficiently and cheerfully. The install probably wasn’t terribly difficult for Mark — hang large screen TV and Sonos soundbar over the fireplace, run the wires and hook everything up — but it is certainly a job that I couldn’t do, and needed a professional to handle, which Mark did impeccably.
As a bonus, Mark and his helper were fun to talk with, know a lot about the area (I just bought a house here and any local info is helpful), and had a great sense of humor — so not only did I get a very clean and efficient install, but had fun watching them do it.
