I have taken this cab company several times to and from the Hicksville train station, and each time I feel like the service is worse. The drivers are generally polite, but the dispatcher is a sad excuse for a human being. Unbelievably rude. Crass and unprofessional both over the phone to customers and over the radio to his drivers. The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced.
I’d rather take the once-​an-​hour bus along Newbridge Rd., ride my bike or walk the 2.2 miles to the station.
There is another can company that dispatches from Hicksville station called Oyster Rides. I will be taking them next time I need to take a taxi out here.
