Dunkin’ Donuts

this gets 1 star because they have a drive thru and i am being very gracious. there service is horrible and it happens to be only when this one worker works the drive
first i figured she had a bad morning, but the consistency of her rudeness and ignorance is horrible. you ask for a napkin and you would think you are asking her for the bank deposit. needless to say you need a napkin to wipe all the coffee thats dripping down from the lid after she hands it to you. ask for a bagel and it is throw in the bag. any other dunkin donuts wraps it. i guess times are tough and they want to save on napkins and wrappers. i guess i should use my keurig and toaster more often.

This is the closest Dunkin to work so I always end up stopping in to grab a quick breakfast or lunch despite the consistently brusque service and out-​of-​stock French Cruellers. The bagel selection here is not that great and they only have 2 – 3 varieties; what’s worse is that the new bagels are so doughy and tough on the outside that I could barely swallow the first bite of the cinnamon raisin. It tasted more like congealed, cinnamon flavored dough than an edible bagel. I didn’t even attempt a second bite but went back and got 2 Bavarian Kreme donuts, which isn’t exactly a filling lunch (they were out of croissants and French Cruellers). The coffee is pretty consistent, though, so that’s pretty much the only reason I come here.
