CVS pharmacy

Not sure why this CVS is receiving so little love! This is my local CVS and I would say ¾th of the time that I go it tends to be relatively uncrowded. The staff is friendly and they recently added two makeup specialists who patrol the makeup aisles and I believe can give advice and some makeup tutorials (there is a mirrored area with a chair.) I love knowing that I can find exactly what I need at a convenient location right off of Hempstead turnpike.

This is my local CVS and I find myself here all the time. I can always find great deals. On Saturdays they put up the sale tickets that start on Sunday. If I have some time I swing on by to pick up some sale items. The cashiers wil give me the sale item because the sale is displayed, although the sale hasn’t started. I never have any issues at all. Sometimes the line gets really long but the girls that work there are super sweet that you forget you were waiting. The pharmacy employees are amazing. There are times that my doctor has prescribed pricey items and the pharmacist tells me that there’s another cheaper kind-​they go out of there way to call the doctor to change the prescription. They are amazing.

Check out line is always so long. It’s seems they perpetually only have one or two registers open.
The pharmacy part is okay. Sometimes you have to ask the pharmacist to counsel you on your new medication which is bad since they should be doing that automatically…
