Dr Ferguson is by far the best foot doctor ! He always makes sure my feet are in there best condition for running ! My entire family comes here. Maureen is one of the voices you hear when you call she is the sweetest, most caring person on staff !

Basic care average but they ALWAYS try to get the sale for their orthotics vendor. On one visit they were using Advantage Labs which required a custom mold to measure my foot. Not more than six months later they were using some other company and they used a regular office laser printer to measure my dimensions. This is not any different than the machine you find at a CVS that does the pressure/​weight measuring. Once they had it it took me three phone calls to find out it was ready, then they wanted me to pay for another visit to have it «fitted». Ok no problem. I was willing to do so but when I actually came in, he happened to be on vacation and the front office staff (not very adept… any of them) told me it was ok to take home and cut it myself around my shoe, and that no visit was necessary.
He had also given me prescribed drops for toe fungus that worked splendidly. I misplaced it and asked if I can get another script for it, at which point they ran the «he hasn’t seen you in awhile» (a mere six months). No doubt another reason for them to ring the cash register again so he can look at it for 2 minutes and say «yep you need the drops». Perhaps I’d have better luck if he were on vacation.
Real nice, part doctor, more business. This is why I’ll never go back. Find a more reputable doctor in Manhasset. Levittown is loaded with these Cracker Jack outfits.
