Customer service is not a strong suit at this place. It’s terrible to have a business in Levelland that don’t strive for great service. But I guess it’s my fault cause I keep given it another chance.

I swear this place is horrible! Some of the girls at drive thru omg are the most hateful and rudest! I’m sorry if you can’t count change right not a customers problem! I’m sorry that you can’t repeat a order back not my problem! I’m sorry that when your speaking to a customer you can’t look at that customer and speak to them that they continue to look towards the inside of the Restaurant and speak will of course the person in line can’t hear when you do that or when you mumble it stand and roll your eyes! Honey we paying customers are what makes you a pay check. If you can’t handle the stress and the fast food then go wipe tables down or take out trash! The hot sauce table is always so nasty and that one guy manager is so rude and smart mouth! Don’t like people complaint then control your employees! How he is a GM is beyond me!!! I am so over Taco Villa!!!

I swear the manager that’s on tonight is the most rudest guy I’ve ever seen! Never fails we walk in when he is there and he rolls his eyes and is just rude! Normally we walk out of he is on but seeing it was pretty late we didn’t! But service of the right food was so wrong! Nothing seemed to be right didn’t get it all and I’m sure it’s this one guy! Dinning area is clean and service is excellent. Employees will bring your food to you and even come back and check on you. Its more like a dine in restaurant, than a fast food stop.
