Nothing vindictive here; just the facts. We spent good money on a graduation party cake. None of our requests or criteria were met. The cake was delivered to the venue before we arrived, so we had no time to inspect it. The cake was warped, there were sections unfrosted, swipes and smudges in the frosting and, the real kicker, the cake tasted much like a box cake, but worse. And there were raw bits in the middle. When we tried to get some sort of satisfaction, we were promised gift certificatesFOR MORE OF HER SUBPAR PRODUCTS. Hmmm. Now, I can see that maybe she puts in a better, respectable, effort on her big money orders based on reviews here, but she leaves the second tier folks in the lurch. She was combative in her communications with us and never produced the promised gift certificates. She is a fraud. And she is rude. GO ELSEWHERE.

Shancakes is the BEST! They have wonderful treats and great fair prices. Shannon made designing my wedding cake so easy. And it was so yummy! My guests still comment how pretty and tasty it was. All I can say is GO there! Now… Well when they are open. :)

Shannon is a complete professional willing to service your needs. She is a very hard worker and what she says, she does. Her treats are stellar! I’ve sampled several of her items, most favorite the cupcakes, and her fondant is second to none!
