This is my 2nd encounter with A1 and again, I’m completely satisfied w/​their service.
The garage door needed a bunch of TLC (new tracks, opener, springs and seal) after one of the springs fractured after 20 years. One of the managers made it his business to come out to the house to temporarily repair and measure the door for the required replacement parts that day. On the day of the repair, the technician arrived as scheduled and took care of everything promptly and professionally. The cost for parts was comparable (or less) than other online sources so there wasn’t a ‘premium’ added on as is often the case and the new belt drive opener is eerily quiet compared to the junky old chain drive.
