Called and made an appointment to get my HVAC system checked and see if they recommended any maintenance. Took that day off of work, stayed at home and waited. 90 minutes after the appointment, I called the office to see if they could provide an update on when he might be there. I was told he was having trouble with his truck and that he had called and left me a voicemail earlier that morning saying he wouldn’t be able to make it.
Checked my phone and found no voicemails or missed calls. I don’t believe he ever called. Sorry, if I can’t trust you to tell me that you made a phone call, there’s no way I’m trusting you to work on my house.

I called the company and made an appoint ent with Jeff. He said he would come over at 9am the next day. I took off work. I woke up at 845am just to find a text message telling me he had a phone conference at 900am and pushed me back to after 100pm. Waited and waited and he never showed up, never called, no text nothing completely blew me off. Terrible service. And get this it’s because he’s a cubs fan and I’m a white sox fan. How childish is that!!! Don’t ever call this company ever.
