So I live within walking distance of this Dunkin. If I didn’t live so close, I would never come to this Dunkin. They can’t seem to get an order right! Me and my boyfriend always ask for cream and no sugar in our coffee and to them that means they need to put in extra pumps of syrup flavor. If we ask for no sugar, that means we don’t want it super sweet, so why put in the extra syrup?! If there is more than 1 person in front of you, you’re going to wait at least 15 minutes before you get your coffee. It seems like they are understaffed, and here lately it looks like they got rid of their whole entire crew and now it’s two old dudes who are slower than molasses. I used to wonder if I was expecting too much and just being impatient, but I go to a Dunkin closer to work on Ogden in Downers Grove and I wait in line in the drive through no longer than 5 minutes, even if the line is wrapped all the way around the building– and they’ve NEVER screwed up my order. What I’m trying to say is, go to a different Dunkin– this one isn’t worth your time.

I thought it might have just been me, but reading the other reviews here, i can tell it isn’t. The staff is weird, that much is true, but so what? I’ve never had them be rude. What I have seen is that they are extremely slow, and seem overwhelmed by the simplest orders. I just stood in line for just shy of ten minutes while one person in front of me got two iced coffees, and a second one got an iced coffee and a donut. Management here understaffs the place, which only complicates matters. It’s too bad that they apparently don’t read these reviews and make some changes.

Cold«hot» coffee and they gave me trouble when I wanted 2 coffees under a promotion I received using the DDPERKS app. On top of that I spent 5 minutes at the menu board because the employee acted as if I asked him the square root of something!!!

Coffe is good but customer service is terrible. Soooooo rude. I’ll drive the extra miles to get better service.

Okay, so let me first say that I LOVEDUNKINDONUTS! In fact, I’m pretty much a bagel freak. Unfortunately, my home town has one of the worst DD’s I have ever been to. Maybe it’s the strange workers, under-toasted bagels, or the ability to get my order wrong 4⁄5 times a week. But pobably, its a combination of all three. All I can say is, it’s a shame. It’s a darn shame.

AVOID! There’s a reason the McDonald’s drive-thru next door is swamped. If you find yourself at this location, you will experience one or both of these scenarios: 1) Greeted by a line that is out the door or slowly growing to such proportion; the fastest way to get to the front of the line at this point is to wait as several leave in frustration because there is only 1 person pouring coffee, grabbing donuts and working the oven. Once you get to the front of the line you may also be forced to experience. 2).the agony of being next in line while the average customer servicing time doubles because the guy in front of you just ordered 3 dozen donuts– and can’t remember whether or not his wife told him to get no chocolate or half chocolate. hey maybe he should give her a call. **[Note to management: This situation could be tolerable. Impaitience is easily averted with multiple(more than 1 or 2) employees.] This place makes you feel guilty for ordering anything beyond coffee and a couple of donuts as it makes those behind you suffer even longer. There is absolutely no excuse for management to not hire, given the amount of customers that surprisingly(still) patronize this place. It’s even more befuddling that this location has not relocated to the vacant Wendy’s building in the same plaza to atleast offer drive-thru service. I’m, of course, keeping the hopes up that if such a situation did happen, management would hire a second or third person to assist. I live across the street from this place and drive 10 minutes out of my way to the McCarthy/Derby Dunkin Donuts instead– figuring that by the time I get home from a 20 minute round trip, I’d just be getting to the front of the line at this mess of a Dunkin. Unilocal really needs to offer a ZERO star option. One of the few places I’ve been to that I sincerely feel deserves no stars or merit.

This DD was, by far, the slowest and rudest location I have ever been to. As a frequent DD goer, I’m very appreciative of the quick and efficient service, but but this location proved the opposite. The man taking our order was rude, cutting me off with, «No!» when I tried to order something they were out of. Then it took 20 minutes from starting to place the order to actually receiving our food and drink. I ordered an iced coffee with no cream and sugar and the man tried to pass a coffee with clearly an abundance of cream as a black coffee, saying«this IS iced coffee.» Uh, no buddy, it’s not my order. I’ll never return to this location with such terrible service!
