Rosas Tree Service and Landscaping trimmed a large (30ft) fruitless Mulberry tree for us. The tree had not been trimmed in 9 years and had many suckers, overlapping branches and even though it had dropped 90% of the leaves it still had a lot of mass. So this was a big project. Rosas gave a free estimate of cost (I had several estimates given from different companies). Rosas was the most affordable. I was impressed by them being ON TIME for the estimate and, an added plus, they speak English. I took their bid. They called the night before to let me know when the crew would be arriving. THEY WERE ON TIME. OK, so I was impressed already. When the equipment was unloaded, it was meticulously clean (wow), and unloaded with precision (like a Dr. lining up scalpels). I could tell there was attention to detail. The work was done with emphasis on safety. The boss, Fernando, did all the trimming and clamped his safety harness every time he cut a branch. As a homeowner I was especially relieved to see this level of safety practiced– both for Fernando and our property insurance! Fernando was a pleasure to do business with –he re cut some branches shorter for us and got our approval at the end of the job to make sure we were totally happy with the work before beginning the cleanup phase. Well, the clean-​up phase was intense because of the amount of material! Fernando went beyond the regular cleanup of removing the material he cut and EVEN CLEANED MY NEIGHBORS YARD here the leaves from the tree had built up over the year! Cleaned the gutters and the roof! Well you can see that when service like this is given one just has to acknowledge it.
