ZEROSTARS!!! Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave because this Wendy’s is the slowest, most incompetent, and most outdated location in all of northern Virginia. I waited in line for twenty minutes to get an order of fries and a Frosty. Unacceptable! The girl in front of me had to come in from the drive-thru because her fries were cold. The cashier had no idea what he was doing. The people behind me said they could have driven to the Ashburn location and back during the time they had spent waiting in line. The people there are friendly enough and the burgers are far superior to all the other fast food places, but that does not make up for the SLOW service. Maybe if they would renovate the dining room I could forgive them. But then again, maybe not.

Worst Wendy’s in chain. I have tried twice and both times were very bad. Dirty, poor service and terrible food. Not up to Wendy’s standards.

I once waited 15 minutes in the parking lost for the fries with my order — when I finally walked in, they said they ‘forgot.’. No apology.

Free Frosty with the keychain card. I order food just because a Frosty, by itself, isn’t the best lunch choice(like fast food is). Typically, I still to their Value Menu, which I seem to remember being much more of a value 15 – 20 years ago. It’s like nobody wants to feed anybody for 99 cents anymore. I rotate my selection every time that I come. The staple is the 6 piece nugget, paired alternatively with either the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger or the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I’ve done the drive-thru and the dining room with a preference for going inside. They are pretty friendly, either way, so no real opinion on this. Only thing: get the Frosty keychain card, it makes Wendy’s 500x better.

Awful, cold greasy fries, scary cheese(?) on bacon burger. No receipt in my bag, no ketchup, no napkins.

This place is horrendously slow. 20 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we received our food. They aren’t that busy at the drive-thru and we were 5th in line. The food is your average Wendy’s fare. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Be sure to give yourself extra time here.

This location always seems to be empty every time I’m here. I guess they are doing enough business to survive. To be honest if I really want fast food burgers in Leesburg, I still prefer my Big Mac. Then again a little change is never bad. The burgers here are fine, all depends on what you are looking for. I will say I would rather come here than go to Burger King or Roys. Our last trip was a spur of the moment thing. Dinner was ruined and it couldn’t be saved so we had to go out. The kids were going nuts. We really didn’t want to lug them out. So it was burger time. I decided to go pick up. The place was pretty empty when I arrived, I put our orders in. A ½ pound double with cheese combo for my wife and a Bacon Deluxe Combo for me. The one thing I really don’t like about Wendy’s is they put mayo on everything. Even when you ask for a little they still put globs on. I’m not a fan of mayo on my burgers, I just wish they could make it an option instead of adding it automatically. Anyhow, I waited while our meals were prepared. The food came out pretty fast. I did notice they messed up while making my burger, but some one caught the mistake and fixed it before they gave it to me. I got my bag and went to the car. Of course I had to sample some fries on the way home. They were nice and hot and very salty. I like salty fries =) Its good for my high blood pressure. I got home a few minutes later and the burgers were still hot. Taste wise, both tasted fine. Nothing really special. The bacon was nice and tasty on my burger. I can’t complain there. The burgers were on the greasy side, but who’s complaining. Overall, the meal was o.k., I still prefer my Big Mac, why I don’t know. I guess I’m just the odd ball out because everybody else I know doesn’t really care for it. I really want to come back and try the Baconator. I wonder if I can handle the 1330 calorie triple Baconator. Mmmmmmm… BACON!!!
