Uncle Dave’s Kettle Corn is a stand-​alone popcorn business at two locations: one at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets, and one at the Leesburg Premium Outlets. It is owned by David Tuftee (‘Uncle Dave’), which he started off with a tent and a table, offering his secret kettle korn recipe for the shoppers in Williamsburg. He also makes appearances at the VA State Fair and during the apple-​picking season at Graves Mountain Lodge. This particular location only serves up 2 flavors: caramel and cheddar (the Williamsburg menu offers snack trays, small/​medium/​large bags, and buckets. They offer the following flavors: Classic, Orange Cheddar, White Cheddar, Caramel, Bacon Cheddar, Old Bay, Cajun, and Cinnamon), so your flavors are limited. I prefer the Williamsburg location as it offers more flavors and the popcorn is more fresh; here, it seemed that the samples we’ve tasted was more on the stale end. They also have bottled water and lemonade sweet tea for beverages.
