This letter is written to address the unprofessional manner in which MVB Mortgage and Robert R. Riddell treated my wife and me, including multiple violations. Parties committed fraud by inflating the property value at 3925 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC 20 020. MVB Mortgage and Robert R. Riddell tried to deceive me (buyer) by not disclosing known issues until after I signed sales contract. Robert R. Riddell committed gross negligence or willful misconduct by sending misleading appraisal. The signed approved Sales Contract was based on a false, inflated and misleading appraisal. We have suffered real damages as a result of MVB Mortgage and Robert R. Riddell actions or inactions.
