i went here while my card was being fixed in the area just to try something new. the staff was very friendly and had personality which is very much appreciated. the food on the other hand is a mixed bag. i got it to go but in my opinion that shouldn’t make that much of a difference when it comes to the food. the meatball that i had were great size and tasted great(please no adult comments on that please) but the pasta that came with it tasted overcooked and mushy. finally the sauce lacked the WOW factor i was expecting. overall im happy i got to try it but im in no hurry to go again

The falafel is my favorite, it is the most authentic I have found! I often go here for lunch, there are Italian, Greek and Mediterranean options, but I always get the falafel, French fries and a coffee and am in and out in a half hour or less. Everything is fresh and tasty, and everyone has always been polite and kind to me for the 10 plus years I have been dining here. If you want yummy falafel this is the place I recommend to everyone.

We eat here occasionally. Get the same thing every time: cheesesteak subs and fries and sometimes onion rings. It’s ok. A little lite on meat. By no means the best subs I’ve ever had. But it’s close and it’ll do. The worst thing about this place is this one girl that answers the carryout phone. If it’s a young sounding white girl and she puts you on hold, be afraid. She has no clue. She can’t take your order without messing it up or going over it several times. You’re better off just going there and placing it in person. Never fails, she’s always working the dinner shift on a busy night. Is she the owners daughter-in-law or what? It’s just sad. You can’t order a cheesesteak w/LTM, that confuses her. You have to tell her what you *don’t* want on it. Which means you need to know what they *do* put on it, which she will need to look up… every time you ask. Tonight she gave us chicken cheesesteaks. I corrected her three times that we didn’t want chicken but she said that’s what ‘they’ call them. Sure enough, we got chicken subs. I didn’t even know people made or ate chicken subs. With mayo? It was just odd. My husband took them back. He looked very sad. This is why they have greeter positions at The Gap and Walmart. Really annoyed! So tired of babysitting every transaction in my life because of stupid people. Ugh.

Picked up a pizza carryout. I regret it. Looked like a frozen pizza and was very bland. Crust had no flavor. The restaurant itself looks very cluttered and grimy. No wonder this place floods our mailboxes with coupons.

I just had a Roast Beef sandwich for lunch. didn’t like it; way to fatty. After pulling all the fatty parts off the meat all I was left with was bread and cheese. This is actually the second time I ordered from this place and both times were bad; I don’t think I’ll be back a third time. 1 star for the free soda with lunch special

Great little place for some Italian and Greek favorites. Priced right for an average Italian restaraunt. My Gyro calzone was off the hook. Good home feel, great service and clean.

Ordered carry out with a coupon from clipper magazine and got a couple of gyro patters for my wife and myself for $ 20.99 and the gyro meat was great. Only thing missing was feta cheese on the gyro. Came with fries and a Greek side salad. A lot of food for your money.

Wonderful little find in a not-so-traveled area of Leesburg! The food was delicious with an extensive menu(many options from Greek to Middle Eastern to Italian). My husband and I both started out with a cup of soup – cream of crab for him and potato for me. He had the veal Parmesan as his meal and I had the vegetable lasagna. You don’t find veg lasagna on a lot of menus, so I had to try it. Very flavorful, with lots of fresh vegetables. It all came out quickly, which we were thankful for considering we were hungry walking in and it took a little while for our waitress to come back to take our order after getting our drinks(hence the 4 stars). In the waitstaff defense, there were some large parties that came in around the same time as us. Just too bad they didn’t have more servers on a Saturday night. If it were for the food and timeliness of it coming out, definitely 5 stars. The diner-like feel(not all bad, just cheap serveware/décor), the fact that they don’t serve any alcohol(my husband was wanting a beer), the wait to have our order taken made this a 4 for us on this particular night. Overall, I’d definitely recommend!

HORRIBLEANDDIRTY! Food is not fresh and the place is horribly dingy. I felt dirty eating there… So we left after i ate only ¼ of my food. McDonalds would have been a better choice and I hate going to fast food joints on a date. There are fruit flys and flys and I wouldn’t be surprised if there are health code violations just take a look at the floor when you walk in. I will NEVER be back! Wish i could leave no stars.

The food here is quite good but I agree that the entire restaurant is due for a makeover. We go here for takeout only as the dining area leaves a lot to be desired

«Wow!» is the best way to describe this place. I had a sandwhich here and ordered the gluten-free bread. When it arrived, I all but spat it out and ran to get the waitress. It was so good I couldn’t believe it was gluten free! They apparently make their own bread or source it locally, so you can’t just buy this bread at the store. If you’re avoiding gluten, go here! These sandwhiches are cheap, delicious, and 100% gluten negative. Five stars! The interior needs some sprucing, though. Feels a little forced.

This place is a prime candidate for«Restaurant Impossible,» the show on the Food Network where a restaurant gets completely made over and revamped. First, the décor is very tired and out of style. The bathroom smelled horrible. The food looked as bad as college dorm food. Wait, actually, my college actually had far superior food — I am being too generous here. It looks like everything came out of a can. The lemon in my ice tea had white mold on the side. Just awful!

My penne and shrimp with the house sauce was so good and plentiful. I only ate half of it and shared it with a friend who absolutely loved it too. The service was okay considering 4 of us showed up hours after our large party. It’s not close to home, but I would recommend it to others and will go again when I am in the area.

Had dinner here last night. The chicken parm, was fresh, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I didn’t love the sauce on the spaghetti, but my husband finished all of my pasta. :-) I’m Italian so, I’m picky about sauce. My husband had the gyro platter. The sandwich was flat on the plate, which I loved, because you could eat it with a knife and fork. The tzatziki sauce was fresh and tasted homemade. Fries were hot and crispy. Carrot cake was a pleasant ending to our meal! Inexpensive meal, with salads, entrees and a piece of cake and coffee to share for just under $ 40. Will definitely be back!

We had pizza, pasta, garlic bread, gyros and it was all yummy and filling. Just what we wanted from Italian dishes. Will definitely dine in again, or order out. My only dislike is that there is no alcohol served in the restaurant. Great place for a whole in the wall.

I have tried this place a few times over the years. To be honest, I do not see why people like them. The food seemed to be the type of food you might find in a cafeteria. What was also insult to injure was they are the only place I have ever seen that charges for ever refill of tea & soda you want. I hate to be nicked and dimed.

Love Mama Lucci’s! Always a fan of family-owned businesses, Mama Lucci’s knows good customer service. Every time I’ve gone there for a pick-up order, the staff is friendly and attentive. I appreciate that, especially during the lunchtime rush. I recently went to an event where Mama Lucci’s catered and it was superb. The staff was quick to serve us, the food was delicious(we had stuffed shells, caesar salad, and cannolis), and they made sure everyone had an enjoyable meal. I met Carolina, one of the family members; she was so nice and friendly. The passion her and her family has for creating delicious family style food really shows in her bright, friendly personality and excellent understanding of customer service. One of the best family-owned businesses in Leesburg!

If you know where the gun shop in Leesburg is, you’ll know where Mama Lucci’s is. My wife has never been here before, so I decided we should go here for dinner. This is a nice little family run establishment. The people are nice and friendly. We came in on a Friday evening around dinner time. The place was starting to get busy. We found a table and waited for our server. A server saw us come in and noticed we needed a high chair. She brought that to us and left. We had to wait over 5 minutes before someone came over to bring us menus. A server brought us menus then left. We had to wait 5+ minutes again before two servers decided who would take us. We finally got one. We placed our drink and food orders. My wife and I got the gyro platter and my daughter got a grilled cheese sandwich. We also ordered some hummus for an appetizer. Not sure if they were short staffed this night, because service was just slow. Our server was very friendly though. She has kids and she knows how to keep them happy. My 3 year old daughter was starting to be a pill, but our server was cool. The hummus soon came out. There was actually a lot on the plate, we didn’t finish it, but it was tasty. The bread was nice and warm also. Soon the gyro platter and grilled cheese came out. I thought the gyro meat was good, but I think there could have been a little more meat with it. The fries were hot and crunchy. The taziski sauce was nice and flavorful. Overall, I think the food here is good. The service was the issue this night. Maybe they were just short staffed that night. I’ll come back again and try some of the other dishes they offer.
