I can’t say enough positive things about Leesburg Hobbies & Collectibles. It is family owned and operated. These guys take care of their customers and go out of their way to find exactly what you’re shopping for whether it’s an obscure Girl Scout badge or a hard to find part for a model train. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. More of a railroad and models (and Boy Scout) shop. Went looking for RC plane supplies, which they have none. If you’re looking for RC models checkout: Hobby Hanger in Chantilly.

This place has some really good quality items for those who have a hobby like trains. This would be a great place to get a special gift for someone during the holidays.

While Leesburg Hobbies & Collectibles call itself a «Hobbies & Collectibles» shop — it really should be called the «Leesburg Model Railroad and Boy Scout Supply Shop.»
I’m always drawn like a moth to a flame, a metal fragment to a magnet, like a bee to honey — whenever an old time hobby shop makes an appearance — and especially when I can go and ooh and ahh over model railroad stuff.
And there is a ton of model railroad stuff here! Every gauge and style! My favorites are the landscaping accessories!
