Let me start by saying I am novice when it comes to cigars so I was looking for some inputs and suggestions. They have sort of decent selection but the girl at the counter (and the only person in store) has no idea about cigars. She was no help whatsoever, will not go back again

Horrible shop. Horrible experience. I was dissatisfied with a vape that was sold to me because I was told it had great air flow and produced clean hits. after using the product I discovered it had neither and was not what I was looking for. I then called the store to ask if I could have exchanged or returned it. I was told I should have researched it more before buying it (as apposed to trusting the salesman I guess) then was hung up on. I vape everyday and work 2 seconds from this shop yet will never give them any of my business again.

I give the shop and the owners 5 stars every time I come in I feel like a VIP. THERE SELECTION AND VARIETY IS AMAZING!!! Every Time I come in the shop they have something new. They are educational, professional, and kind. I love to go in there just to see whats new. If you want a high end experience at an affordable price, this is where you are going to get the most for your money. April J

Friendly staff and clean store. Cigars are kept in good condition. Wide selection and the polite woman that helped me, reassured they could get something in if I requested! I’ll go back when I’m in the area.
