Happy Nails opened in summer 2014. It is owned by Tan Nguyen and his sister Lee.
Tan used to work at Sandy Nails in Leesburg and has a devoted following; we were in a panic when we couldn’t find him at Sandy!
Tan is great — he does a wonderful pedicure with a very enjoyable massage. He is very friendly and kind, and encourages me to sit back and relax. He is always very sweet to my young daughter when she comes with me.
The salon feels new, despite being four years old (it used to be Jessi Nails). It’s bright and clean, with music playing in the background.
I haven’t tried the other services, but I’m sure they’re great. Pedicures are $ 29.
I definitely recommend this salon, and especially Tan!
